This is a beautiful property that needs a bit of work. It is a terrific place for a conference, lots of space and parking. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable! There is a bar on site with ordering food optional. Best part, the facility is pet friendly!

At first arrival we passed it by. The signage out front could be clearer. Breakfast was bare bones, some breads/muffins/bagels, cereals, and drinks coffee, tea, etc. Our coffee maker in the room was not clean, there was a layer of minerals in the water cache, we went to the lobby for coffee.

I stay here somewhat frequently when needed & I like it bc it’s close/convenient. What I don’t like is the fact that my $50 security deposit is never automatically refunded. I always have to call & ask for it to be released. When I checked in, I specifically told them this. The guy even made a note, yet 3 days after my stay it still was not refunded. I called Wednesday & the security deposit finally credited back to my account today.

Room was spacious and comfortable, good temperature controls Easy access to parking lot. Open lobby, lounge area, lots of light. Staff friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and gym were a plus.

Outside appearance needs work, it was hard to tell where to enter! Breakfast area was so-so, coffee was not hot, half and half jug was not fresh. No protein or gluten-free choices only cereal, bagels, coissants, muffins.

The Staff was very friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating based upon the things they are working with. We were able to check in 1 hour early and drop off our belongings. When we returned we went to the pool and the attendant was super nice. We knew we were walking in with 10 minutes left before closing and the attendant courteously stopped over to let me know they were closing in 10 minutes. Though he actually gave the our kids an extra 5. Then there were no towels on the rack he proceeded to go back into the office and returned a couple of minutes later with 3 towels and a smile. Double thumbs up!! Finally we returned from the pool around 10:10 and proceeded to wind down and turn on the TV. It was a large flat screen but the connection was having issues. We called for service and someone was there in 5 minutes. Wife happy!! The room was clean and bathroom were clean and organized.

You can tell that the hotel itself is older and could use some updates. Most of the equipment elevator, TV, ICE Machines Room Appliances looked like they have been taken care of but we older too. We had to try 3 floors to find an ice machine that worked and as noted earlier we had an issue with the television, little inconvenient but still got ice. The drain to the tub was slow and probably needed to be cleaned, but it wasn't too bad.

Staff was great. Convenient location.

A/C was messed up. They even said it was messed up. It doesnt stay on setting and constantly switches throughout night and clicking/beeping. This causes lack of sleep due to the beeping. I was tired the whole time I stayed due to beeping. Hotel is outdated for the price that is spent to have a room. The breakfast is not continental. It is cereal and breads that is it.

paid for breakfast one day and pretty much got crackers no hot food was being served and the vending machines hard ly worked had to swipe my card several times then try my cash several times.....elevators were very slow.. didnt have running water fountains to look at. couldve had a better fitness room.. half the machines worked tv did not.. 1 arcade game not plugged in or broken.. jut box plugged in but stole my money and wouldnt work.. hardly any lights in the pool area and no music or open bar as seen on website.. two pool tables but i didnt even attept to try because other stuff wouldnt worj and stole my money

We picked this facility off the internet after a long day traveling. The front desk person was a bit unfriendly but the bartender/ waiter was extremely nice. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Had to get on the road by 7 so an 8:00am breakfast was a little late for those of us traveling.

Friendlier check in. Earlier breakfast.

Walking distance to the town’s shops and restaurants

The room was not cleaned daily nor service, the trash was not even emptied out

Warm breakfast , nice pool, nice area, nice people, bar was lovely, food was good from the bar, nice location to stores, the balcony room above the pool was the best

The fitness was not 24/7 like most places...here you have to enter pool area to get to fitness.. I paid for breakfast with my room couldve been more options, I think they were short staff, cook looked angry.. no remotes to my tvs. No tv in pool area as pictured, or pool bar.. jut box took my money and was not operational neither was the arcade game for children.

Clinton was convenient for my local needs. Stayed at this place before when it was an HI. Didn't use the breakfast because I jog in day before I consume food.

Remoteness of the parking, but that's an issue almost everywhere.
