The breakfast is enough however the tables and chairs in the breakfast area are quite limit. My daughter likes the TV with streaming app. The room is big. The gym is great. Parking is enough. There are a few restaurants near the hotel.

The bus ride into NYC is not as easy as it looks. There are quite a few buses that take you to NYC. I stay at the hotel for 5 days. I only use bus number 127 which has stop across the street from front of the hotel. The other buses to NYC have stops on other streets. As a foreigner who has not been to NYC for 30 years. I do not feel safe walking to other streets. I arrived for check-in around noon. There was no one ahead of me. There was one staff at reception. He was not on the phone. He was working on some papers. I did not know what he was doing. If I remember correctly, I stood there 5 feet from him for 10 minutes before he asked me to check-in.

I liked the cleanliness of the inn, the parking and breakfast which was included making it very convenient for a family with kids. We liked the weekday evening employee at reception. She was very friendly and helpful.

We did not have positive customer service experiences with one weekday day shift lady employee. When we arrived to check in at the front desk the employee was on the phone which was fine we waited however she didn't acknowledge us at all. Even after she finished her call she didnt talk to us. We had to initiate conversation . It seems ridiculous to have someone who is not have good customer service skills working at the front desk.

Very comfortable hotel, great breakfast buffet, staff keen to help. Bus stop across the road (2 minutes walk). Regular buses into Manhattan, but times get a little tight in the evening...

There is nothing much around the hotel - it is on a main road. Fine if you are arriving by car, but harder when not. We walked up the steep hill into North Bergen, it took around 15 minutes. You can order food delivered into the hotel, but if you don't have a car, it is difficult to visit the area.

Exceptional value for the price. Our room was cozy and clean. Comfy bed and large bath. Ample, delicious breakfast included. Free parking too. Check-in was welcoming and quick. The design colors of the hallways were extremely pleasant to walk through. Loved it.

Location, although it’s on a hill with gorgeous views at night. The turn into the hotel with a vehicle was scary and tight. Also, the hotel is not located at city center with attractions, restaurants, etc. A car is definitely needed to get around.

Excellent value, big, comfortable room that was very clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well

Only issue is the location if you want to spend most of your time in Manhattan. This location really is quite far from the city. That said there are a number of public transport options nearby.

Great location, two minutes from the bus stop into NYC which takes you to the main bus station. Staff are very helpful and looked after our bags after checkout so we didn’t have to carry them around when exploring the area. Very comfortable beds and great shower!

A few more fresh options for breakfast would have been really great but there was still a good amount on offer!

Great location within reasonable commute distance to Manhattan. Great staff, decent breakfast, and carpark availability make this place a great choice

There is nothing that I can think of. However, I would have liked some fresh veterinarian breakfast options.

The continental breakfast was very good with much variety and included hot options of biscuit and croissant sandwiches.

I was very disappointed in the water pressure for the shower. I did not feel as though it was sufficient enough to rinse shampoo from my hair so I didn't wash my hair during my stay.

I especially liked the cleanliness of the property. Also, the staff was very polite, accommodating, and professional. The price was reasonable for the time of year traveling. Finally, I appreciated the amenities, including, the breakfast that was offered.

I wish the location could’ve been a little closer to where I was going but it was fine, still convenient.

This place is providing exactly what you need. At least for me, when i am traveling onwards. Its clean, spacious, modern, fast internet, just what you expect when you book. Easy checkin anytime of day and, you know comfortable all over for a good price. Recommended when you're on the area! I appreciate the little things, the coffee downstairs in the middle of the night is amazing. Thanks guys!

I could complain but who would listen. No, just kidding. This place just exactly meets your expectations, at least for me, i got a lot of comparisons in the same segment and here they are just doing a great job to provide you what you expect.
