When I walked into the front door every time the fragrance in the air was so so so delightful--enough that I commented to the front desk. The evening staff was superb friendly, welcoming and informative. The day staff and the breakfast staff also were exceptional. The rooms are so nice and the bed super comfortable with good linens. I had never seen a hotel bathroom broken up with a toilet closet c sink and the main bathroom well lit with lit inset mirror.

My room was above the large heating source and it was a bit noisy. I got up at one point to see if a tractor trailer was idling outside. Not much you can do about that.

Great staff- room as you'd imagine, bed and a separate lounge area with a desk and couch. Has a window that opens. There is an outdoor seating area on both sides of the hotel- small but nice on a summers evening. The breakfast was well attended, well stocked- the oatmeal was good and had a nice selection of nuts, seeds etc to add in!

The bathroom is at the foot of the bed- very strange design- so there is verrrrry little privacy and almost no noise barrier.

The pool was small but nice. I would have liked easier access to more towels by the pool areas. There were guest there before us who took the last towels and it took a long time to get new ones, and then not enough for all of us. I liked that the work out facilities were open and nice amount of items. Our room was cool because it had a separate toilet from the shower area.

I didn’t like that about twenty minutes before check up, we were locked out of our room.

Excellent facilities, the rooms were clean, well-organized, top-quality furniture, bathroom was great! I went for work and did not enjoy all facilities, but they looked great! In terms of locations, I cannot say much because I wanted somewhere close to the NJ College, Breakfast was great and with good food.

Maybe I wasn't lucky, but I didn't feel the warmth of the staff at the front desk. That is the only thing to be improved. Also, the staff in the dining area during breakfast should be present, my co-worker made a mistake with the pancake machine and did not know how to fix it. Please, get larger glasses for the juices, to reduce the number of trips to the counter =)

The lady that checked us in was very nice but she did not have any help and she was very busy. She did her best to accommodate everyone that was coming to the desk.

There were no towels left for the pool, and we had to use the ones from our room. That was not very pleasant. The woman running breakfast was unfriendly and seemed like she didn't want to do her job. She probably should not be working in customer service.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I also enjoyed that it was updated and welcoming both in the lobby and my room as I opened the door to a cool, relaxing environment. Downstairs, we could all eat together with extended family at one long dining table and enjoy our takeout and spend time together. The staff even accommodated us as we had taken our belonging, but couldn't check out as we were at an event. The staff even accommodated us as we were tied up at an event and couldn't return in time to check out, but we had already taken our belongings. They were gracious.

The employees were very accommodating. Everybody has a smile in their faces. The room we stayed at is very clean. And the breakfast selection was awesome.

I like everything in the hotel just that it was near the airport so you will hear planes every so often. Aside from that it was good.

Location was great great for us and it is well suited for a family traveling together. I love that there is a separate toilet and shower rooms - especially great if there is more than two people sharing a suite!

There were some very minor maintenance issues (bathroom door would not latch, sink faucet leaked) - easily fixed and not a big deal; just needed attention.

Stayed two nights and because of that, I had to formally request maid service after the first night’s stay. I was told this is standard policy. It could be, but if so, it’s a crappy policy. I don’t get a reduced rate if maid service doesn’t show up. Clean all occupied rooms, every day, period.
