We loved the room! We had a king size room with a couch and coffee table, a desk, refrigerator, microwave, etc. It was almost like a little apartment, not just a room. I liked the couch because I was able to stay up later than my family and watch tv without disturbing them. I would definitely stay here again if I’m going to be in the area. I also liked the morning breakfast with multiple choices including hot eggs and bacon or sausage. The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants. The pool was also nice. Will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend to others as well!

The handicap room was excellent.

I like that it was very clean. My husband said he liked that there wasn't a lot of people, rarely any foot traffic, no illegal stuff going on that i could see & the continental Breakfast is great...above expectations.

I can say that the whole 5 days there really wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The bed was very comfortable.

There were not enough channels to watch on the TV. Most of them were not showing. The shower curtain needs to be changed. The bathroom floor keeps getting wet every time I take a shower. Needs bathroom mats both inside and outside the shower.

The day and evening staff are always so kind. The cleaning staff is on top of everything.

Everyone there is wonderful. With the exception of the woman who confronted me about taking for breakfast sandwiches two for myself and two for my fiance I have never been questioned about a complimentary breakfast in my life. I have come to this location many times they had the full eggs bacon and waffle breakfast never had a question. I would not even go to get anything today after how I was treated yesterday

Check in with Elizabeth was great! We arrived a few minutes before actual check in time and the room was not ready but, Elizabeth and Ore made it happen! Ore who was working at the front desk, personally went upstairs to assist the maids with getting our room ready so we did not have to wait in the lobby too long. I was very appreciative of the extra effort that was taken to check us in quickly!

I think the staff did a good job with breakfast given the current covid situation.

the night person was not friendly when checking in and made up his own price to charge me. if it’s not back into my account I’m pressing the issue further. it was suppose to be a over night hold that now has ended in a 3-5 day release.

easy to get to , plenty of parking and the staff was welcoming and friendly and The Pillows are the absolute BEST!!

Entrance road from the main road. Can miss the road since it is close to the rt 1 on ramp. Maybe a sign would help.
