Everything from the stay to the convenience next to sesame place.

Back of the hotel parking needs signs to let the guest know exactly where to park at. The customer service told me where it is but still couldn't find it. Me and another customer who was also looking for the additional parking for the hotel had to ask this gentleman who was on break next door to the hotel in the back. He got off from his break to show us. Something that the customer service representative should of done. Please add signs to direct the guest to the back of the hotel parking. Find the parking in the back was the frustrating part. Please add the deposit of $250 on the website to let us know know we have to pay a holding fee when arrival. I didn't know that neither.

Bed was incredibly comfortable.

Am not used to paying for the usual free pre-packaged hotel breakfast, or not having a microwave in the room. Coffee wasn't great. The clock by my bed was set wrong by several hours. Body cleanser in shower was an empty bottle.

Hotel in general was chosen due to its proximity to Sesame Place. 2 minute drive. Rooms were clean however needs updating. To our surprise, hotel pool and hot tub were filthy. Not a standard held by Sheraton hotels. Disappointing but staff was friendly and efficient upon check-in.

The pool and hot tub were filthy. Hair and dirt floating in the water. Definitely needs a good cleaning and upkeep!

Facilities were clean {common area, room, bathrooms etc...} Front desk... well, as with most, it all depends on who you get at the time, unfortunately...

As far as the facility itself, I have no real complaints... The one thing I would recommend would be to give your front desk staff, some training on customer service... The other would be a recommendation on requesting that housekeeping staff speak English, especially around the guests...

The location, the Heights of the building the scenery from so far up was magnificent it was everything. I think we saw all the way to Philadelphia. We loved it. It was beautiful.

What’s on the negative side. The room that we was in the beds was way too small for us, Me and my honey couldn’t fit on those itsy-bitsy little bed but basically, that was it we was peacefully content, and was enjoying the view.

I enjoyed the 24 hour fitness service as well as the extended pool hours. The waitress was excellent at the hotel restaurant but unfortunately, she was the only one there and was also working at the bar. We enjoyed the food at your restaurant.

While I was looking for outlets near the bed to plug in a cpap machine, I encountered dust near the outlets. However, overall, the room was clean only at the "hidden areas". Also, the cabinet door for the refrigerator needed repair as the hinge was loose.

The hotel was clean. Love the gym facility. It is the best gym I have seen at a hotel.

The buffet prices could have been a little cheaper. My kids barely eat, so we didn't bother trying their breakfast buffet. We ended up going to Taco Bell and McDonald's for breakfast. The bathtub faucet was leaking and needs to be fixed.

The location is great especially to Sesame place

The bathroom was very small for me and my four year old; the rooms are not well soundproof as we could hear tv, discussions etc from next rooms and cleaners & Maintainance folks need to pay better attention e.g. torn curtains, broken shampoo stand etc.

The Sheridan was right across From sesame place. We also like the cleanliness of the room. And responsiveness of the front desk.

We asked 2 rooms but they were a floor apart. We would have liked the rooms on the same floor or right next to each other since we had two toddlers

The location is perfect; close to Sesame Place. The facilities especially the gym is very clean; our room on the 8th floor was very clean too. Front desk very accommodating.

The tissue box in the bathroom is an old tissue box; it is half full. The cup coasters are overly used too.
