Hilton Garden Inn Lakewood

staff was very friendly, place was very clean (hot tub was down for maintenance but otherwise everything was up to what you would expect from a Hilton.

room was a little small, one of the queen beds was about 6 inches from the wall making getting out on that side impossible. everything else about room was great

Convenient location, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and efficient. Perfect accommodations for our long weekend trip.

It's in a vacation area so the price was too be expected but it was a little high. First time staying at a Hilton. Will join Hilton Honors before I stay again.

Due to dietary restrictions, we were unable to partake in breakfast. We just wanted to take a couple of bananas and we were informed that we would be charged for them. So we left them behind and sought out breakfast elsewhere.

We do not eat at the hotel. It's too expensive for what they offer.

The bed was way too soft and saggy. The doors to all the rooms slam hard and very loud. Sometimes even shaking the rooms. Spots lights are directed right at the quest windows and allow too much light in as the black-out curtains are worn and need replacing.

The pool is a splash pool and I could not swim laps in that. It’s just for kids to bounce around. The hot tub was broken. The gym had a stepper and a bike which were old but adequate and nobody was there so it was perfect to chat on the phone

I didn’t like that there was NO LAP POOL. There were no lids for the coffee cups. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful. The cleaning crew could not speak ENGLISH

Breakfast was surprisingly tasty. The beds were comfortable. The overall look of the hotel and the lobby in particular was nice.

The location was a bit far away from Point Pleasant which is where we were all meeting, but overall this was a nice place to stay.

Confusion with online checkin,confirmation. I confirmed and said I would be late arrival. They almost gave my room away. That would have been disastrous. Next time I will call directly to the front desk and not rely on messenger platforms.

great location and a little costly, we had one situation with room service (maid) but they handled it professionally

Little wall paper peel, box spring was old maid didn’t put pillow cases on pillows

Clean and AC cranked Lady at front desk was super helpful and friendly. And she kindly accommodated my request for a ground floor room.

We stayed with our 8 month old and they were very accommodating and friendly. Being apart of the hospitality business the overall cleanliness of the hotel and our room was impeccable! Highly recommended!

More pillows or towels but with covid we understand how that’s not always a great choice.
