Room was spacious, bathroom was very clean and the king bed/bedding was excellent. Really liked the double shower. Room was set up very well and had all amenities that you could need. My husband loved the Kuerig coffee maker and the convenience of not having to search for his requisite morning cup. There was a cute snack shop in the lobby that was well stocked. Beautiful restaurant on the premises, fire pits, nice pool, and a large activity center for kids but we did not use any of that. Still a great option for families.

Staff was indifferent/curt at front desk. Check in was at 3pm with NO exceptions and there were still rooms available on night we stayed so they were not fully booked. Other hotels usually accommodate earlier check in if the room is ready. We arrived around 1pm. So we had to keep our luggage in the hot car for the whole day/evening. Since we were only there for one night, we did not want to break up our one day in Beach Haven to drive all the way back to the hotel mid day. No breakfast was offered in the restaurant.

Front desk one employee do not remember her name but never smiled didn’t make us feel welcomed. On the last morning there ( which was a Monday) we were going to the dining room for breakfast and we were at the door of the restaurant tried to open it and we hear “Don’t do that, it’s closed , it’s only opened on the weekends. ) Sounded very rude. We just checked out and left. This person needs a lesson on better customer interaction to make the customers feel welcomed and happy that they chose the Holiday Inn.

The property was very clean. The rooms were clean. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and competent. The hotel was full, but it never seemed noisy. There were activities and dining so you did not have to leave the property.

The rooms could use some updating, but were very clean. We suggest that Fox Cable News or any opinion-based news channel is not appropriate for a hotel lobby. The weather channel, local news station, home/cooking channel, or Discovery channel would be appeal to most guests.

Bartender on point so nice ! Drinks amazing

Asked the front desk if they could make more coffee , it was 930 and there was no coffee. She said I’m busy I will get to it. She then went and disappeared came back and never made any coffee! Don’t remember her name she was a red head and had such an attitude.. I left and got Starbucks …

I love this property. We stay every year.

The light in my bathroom was out for a majority of my stay. We came for a dance competition… makeup application is a big part of it. Without the bathroom light, I had to wake up my other kids when I used the bedroom light. Which lead to super cranky kids. I asked for someone to come fix it and no one ever showed up.

Perfect location, beautiful lobby and rooms! the restaurant was also very nice! Outside fire pit areas were also very nice. The room was quite comfortable and quiet. They even had some tea options for the in-room Keurig, I had a King Bed room and it was perfect with a little sofa and nice desk area as well. Appreciated that they left it up to me when housekeeping staff came. All the staff with whom I had contact were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

No pricing on the items in the hotel shop. I was charged differently for the same item one night to the next.

This hotel is commonly used for dance competitions, we need a way to heat food for the kids. The hotel is lovely but we don't get to take advantage of most of the amenities, due to our intense schedules. A microwave would definitely be appreciated! One of the desk employees did get snippy with me on Saturday night, when my children were looking for the pool. Left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, but otherwise the experience was was enjoyable.

The room was was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, accessible and helpful. The location was convenient to LBI and affordable. We don’t like overpaying for a room. The reception staff and the experienced bartender/waitress in the restaurant were exceptional. She was seasoned and was very accommodating.

Everything was very good. The weather could have been better. Our stay was off season so it was not crowded or noisy.

Great hotel if you’re traveling with kids and overall good value for the area. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

the bathrooms are very dated. They could upgrade the wall mounted blow dryers. Also, no housekeeping turndown service

Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to room. Asked for microwave to be put in room and it was delivered right away.

No access to food, no breakfast available as it was during the weekdays. I was disappointed that not even room service was available.
