The suite was super clean and when I saw the wrapped remotes I knew the management 'gets it' with regard to what people who really want clean expect. Additional standouts -- the furniture was all easy-clean materials. Again, this showed the property understands that upholstery gets bacteria-laden very quickly and takes a lot to clean. The full kitchen really was a full kitchen, the suite was a good size, the bathroom had plenty of space; the beds, etc., were all great.

The free breakfast was a complete disappointment. When I showed up at about 8:30, there was a half-tin of white bread, some other things to toast, I think. The only "hot" item was a warmer of turkey sausage links that weren't hot. That was it! The coffee was OK. Our suite was on the first floor near the pool. The children screamed happily until nightfall. Thank goodness we like children and understand their noise but if either of us needed sleep - we would have been out of luck. Perhaps make sure only families with these children wind up on the first floor going forward.

I loved the fire place and I also loved how it felt like home . very clean and cozy

I did not like the property did not inform me they did not accept chime or cash app, I traveled from Brooklyn Ny and I almost got turned around due to me only having chime and cashapp cards on me , fortunately they worked with me and me and my family was able to pay and stay . future reference it should inform all guest before reservation occurs .

The location is super convenient, exiting directly onto US-1. The staff were really helpful, providing us with anything we asked for - from trashbags and additional towels to a plunger. The room was clean, clean sheets, towels, etc.

Only two feateres that we did not like were: 1. weak plumbing system and 2. stale airconditioned air and no way to open a window. On the other hand, I would probably not have felt safe sleeping with an open window on the ground floor.

Seem like it was an appointment with cats in the windows and things in the window brings the value of the hotel down

Perfect for a long stay. We were there a month, with a ton of luggage as we moved countries, and everything was just fantastic. The room is big enough to hold a family. The staff cleaned regularly, and breakfast was decent. The pool was clean and cool.

Sometimes they would close the pool or run out of towels.... But it didn't happen too often.

Loved that it was like staying in our own apartment for the time we were there. I also loved the fact that there are two bathrooms in the apartment. One upstairs, and one downstairs. I wasn’t expecting there to be another bathroom upstairs, and it was a pleasant surprise.

The one thing I didn’t like was how quickly we ran out of hot water for our showers. We were only 3 and never had this problem in other hotels. it created a bit of insecurity each time we would shower, which kind of took from the experience. otherwise, there aren’t any other complaints.

It was clean and smelled clean

The man at the desk when I arrived wasn’t the most helpful when I asked for a late checkout he told me to book another room then I called because we didn’t have a blender he said maybe the people before us stole it and it was not he could do I had a night planned and I really needed the blender for the drink I was making for me and my wife anniversary

Plenty of space for my family. Plenty of tvs for kids

No complaints at all.

The room was excellent. Enough space and appropriate seating. Kitchen was handy too. We also enjoyed the seating area by the fire pit but we didn’t use the fire pit.

The pool was often closed even though it wasn’t currently storming. They could have let us use it and than kicked us out if a storm came up. The kids were quite disappointed.

It was nice and comfortable! It looked so beautiful out there me and my fiancé enjoyed ourselves! Wish we could live out there lol

We didn’t like the fact that we were in the room right next to the door that opens throughout the stay, people were coming in all times of the night and it would startle us thinking someone was walking in the room
