The location was great, the staff very kind (even with being short-staffed) and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a leak in the bathroom as someone over our room was taking a shower and the water was leaking down our bathroom walls and covering part of the bathroom floor. Maintenance did address the issue immediately by checking the upstairs room over ours, however, because the floors were very wet at the time, we had to use some of the available towels in our bathroom, we did ask the front desk for more towels, but, due to the hotel being short staffed we did not receive them.

The guy at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming with his big smile. He made our day every time we passed by and he greeted us so kindly. Rooms were spacious and very clean, great shower. Pool water was a perfect heated temperature.

The man at the restaurant was rude when we asked if there was free breakfast. We didn’t realize they charged, we had never been there before and were just clarifying, but he was clearly annoyed with us for asking, like we should known, and then he walked away in the middle of our brief conversation.

The front desk staff were so nice and made me smile after a long drive. They were really friendly and helpful at check out. My room was big and clean and the bed was really comfortable. I didn't notice much noise from outside or the hallway. There is a restaurant but I didn't have time to try it out or any other amenities. There are a lot of restaurant options within a short drive.

The bathroom could use some updating but everything worked fine. The lamp outlets next to the bed were loose and there wasn't another plug option by the bed.

Room was clean and adequate. Beds comfortable. The hotel seems to be in the middle of a renovation. It was a little dated.

Check in process was flawed.My reservation was shown as canceled. The hotel could not get close to the rate I received from Booking. I had a genius discount. However, a telephone call to Booking fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Also, had to continually ask for fresh towels.

Comfortable bed and linens. Lots of movie channels on the tv. Lobby bar was open and had patrons. Ample parking despite repaving of parking lot and having much of the parking lot blocked off. Room seemed older but was still nice.

One of the elevators was not operational resulting in long waits. Only one elevator working and even it wouldn’t always come. It would cancel your call randomly. Some sort of problem with it too. It was annoying. Waits to get upstairs were excessively long. Staff not friendly at checkin; rather brisk actually.

I cancelled this reservation because my cousin, Suzanne Staats, was able to get a better price from you on the same room. She and I were sharing this room for two nights. I know that the staff knew because there was a key under my name when I got there for the room she had booked. However, I still have not seen a refund for the 2 nights that I had paid. Please check in to this and rectify. Thank you.

The pool heated salt water Pool area is clean an stocked with clean towels. Large pool up to 8 feet. Comfy bed. King Suite is niceish. Front desk staff when above an beyond due to some glitch with out reservations.

Lobby an common area s full of kids an kids toys . Babies to teens. Some kind of religious even. The men seem to observe the service an they leave the women an children out in the lobby. Oldish hotel with some updated features. For a King Suite the bathroom is very small. Towel is very low Bathtub coating is peeling ( Warning 150.00 incidental fee.) No hot tub The restaurant is closed

I loved having access to the pool and gym. They were both very clean and convenient. The room we booked was also surprisingly larger than we expected. Clean and simple. We also loved that there was warm cookies waiting for us at reception! The hotel dinner was reasonably priced and server was kind and friendly.

Because it was graduation week, the room was significantly more expensive than a comparable room. It’s not a ‘fancy’ hotel and the rooms are very standard so shouldn’t necessarily warrant that price.

we needed to borrow a spoon, and we’re told that wasn’t possible. Sometimes one of those little stirrers that come with the coffee in the room isn’t adequate. A small thing, but puzzling and annoying. The door to the bedroom would not stay closed and the door to the closet was also impossible to close. There was a large group staying there and, for some reason, a big piece of masking tape was put across our room’s entry door’s handset, so we couldn’t even lock it without ripping off the tape. It’s a little things like this that prevent the property from getting an excellent rating.

They Were Hosting A Jewish Function And None Of Them Weren’t No Masks At All Plus My Children Couldn’t Swim Because The Jewish Family Said The Pool Was Reserve For Them So The Manager Made My Children Get Out And Calling My Children Out Of Their Name So I Am Going To File Charges Against The Hotel And I Would Not Recommend This Place To Anyone.
