Breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed it, but was surprised that there were no fruit juices offered. Otherwise, the selection was great. The hotel was easy to access from the highway (and to re-enter the highway when leaving) and the staff were all very friendly.

The air conditioning system was very loud and kept me from getting a good night's sleep. I wanted to turn it off, but it was an exceptionally warm evening outside so was afraid that the room would get too warm. After I had breakfast in the hotel, I had a couple of hours to spare before having to check out so decided to try to catch a small nap in the hopes of recovering some much-needed rest. That was working very well until the housekeeper tried to enter our room to do her cleaning.....that interruption totally destroyed my opportunity for rest....and it was very challenging to keep my energy going the rest of the day.

I liked the location because it was near to our necessities during the stay. The hotel is clean. The pool is okay, the water was a bit cold but my son didn't mind it. I love that they have free ice even if I didn't need it that time. The free breakfast was good toox coffee is 24 hours but if you're like me who drinks coffee in the late afternoon (4-5pm) you might have to request for a refill.

We don't have heat on the first night, so we had to pack up again and moved all of our stuff to a different room.

Very good bed. Good wifi. Tatiana at front desk radiates charm and professional handling in all she did. Breakfast really decent.

Old school TV= really needs a simple smart TV in every room, no one watches the regular channels with no content. Some noises came through from floor above (Dining area?) Mini fridge also squeaked all night. Maybe time to rethink those too, energy waster and maybe can supply on demand, or get really small ones Overall though this place is excellent in every way- this is the worst criticism I did notice and it did not detract from the stay at all.

The breakfast was amazing but there was only one woman working and she had a hard time keeping up. She was amazing though and super friendly and efficient. Unfortunately she was only one person and probably could have used some help.

Very hard to find a luggage cart and 4 separate times in an overnight stay out key cards stopped working.

The room was very clean. The staff was very professional. There was no noise at night.

Breakfast on Saturday was so crowded and no seats available. We wanted a table for 4 but after 30 minutes and no luck, we left and ate elsewhere. Thursday night we were locKed out of the hotel for at least 15 minutes. Several families and us tried our keys and they would not work. Finally someone walking pas the lobby stopped and opened the door. There was nobody at the desk during this time. I did not like paying twice the price for Friday night.

Location worked well for the event we attended in Asbury Park. Loved having a Wawa right next door. Staff was friendly, welcoming, polite and efficient. Check in and Check out times were very accomodating.

Nothing, it was all great

it was a perfect location for our needs as it only took 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the location of our concert. It was clean , well staffed, had a good breakfast, and was reasonably priced.

Ensure that House keeping stocked the bathroom with towels and soap. Ensure there is enough staff so the one person at the desk isn't answering in house calls as well as checking in and checking out guests. Safety is a huge concern when only one person is present.

The breakfast was very good and staff were so helpful. The property was very clean.

I liked everything except the price; but it was certainly in line with other comparable properties in a beach town

Great proximity to everything we wanted to do. Beach , outlets, country club and a few restaurants around also to choose from.

Bed and pillows were not great, no coffee at 7am when I went down to eat breakfast, just left and went to a diner instead.
