Red Roof Inn Tinton Falls-Jersey Shore

The room was super clean everyday by the great housekeeper. The bed is comfy. Overall I don't have anything to complain about. Everything is Perfect!!

I like the respect wear masks in the covid-19. Check in was very welcome and fast very friendly and nice lady 😊 I like a lot the room the view they are so clean the matress refrigerator microwave everything I like a Lot.

I made reservation for one week in my credit card 7 day's. after 5 nights and 5 days I have emergency in new York I need came back to help my old friend, Wen I check out they charge me 2 nights and half I was no there anymore.because they said is the rules the hotel red roof. I make a phone call to America Spress they give back my credit for two nights. for no reason Red roof want to take. Besides that everything was very good😊

The Staff was Excellent! They were all very pleasant and helpful with whatever questions I had. I would recommend Red Roof Inn to my family and friends. Out of All the Hotel's that me and my husband stayed in. This was Far the Very Best!

Close to work location. Very friendly staff.

We need a long term stay but was told we could only have a limited stay of 28 days. We would have to find other accommodations This is very .inconvenient

Location and price. It was in the center of everywhere I had to go. I was there for surgery, and it was right in between the doctor and hospital.

Towels could have been bigger. Other than that pretty good value for the money. They decided to jace the price up however, like 15 dollars per room, they said Booking.com price was only sn estimate they determine what they charge, I didn't argue, I was tired and wanted to get to my room.

Stay was awesome. Had to change room. Desk Clerk Megan handled the matter professionally and very helpful. Can't say enough. Appreciate all the hard work to make my stay a pleasant one. Thanks Red Roof. Great choice of Employees!!!!!!!!

The Front Desk staff was kind and compassionate and saw that I was having a bad day and made me feel better. The cleaning and maintenance staff are always smiling and kind. I am grateful for everyone who works at The Tinton Falls Red Roof Inn. I had a card with all the names but lost it. But I was treated so kindly and compassionately and would always recommend to anyone. Big Thank You to everyone at TF Red Roof Inn.

Clean room.

Checked in at 7pm and the lobby was closed. Had to check in under a glass barrier, Felt impersonal. Also made me worry about security and the neighborhood if they have to use the night check-in 2 hours before dark.

The location has a lot of grass and trees, a plus. It is set well back from the main road, so it’s quiet. The bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that in addition to the mini fridge, there was a small microwave. The a/c was easy to set and worked consistently.

The sink in my room, 222, was clogged and slow draining. And I wish the lights were brighter in the bathroom. The lights over the bed are a ghastly bright bluish white. Yikes! Not at all restful or conducive to relaxing.

The bed was comfortable. It had a small frig and micrkwave

When I checked in I asked the girl if I need more towels do I have to call for them or can I get them now? She replied in a nasty tone " why don't you just wait until you get to your room to find out" You have to come down and get them yourself"! So, I go to my room..I had to walk up to the third floor. Only had 2 towels. I call the front desk...no answer. I walk downstairs and ask the girl for 2 towels. She gave me a dirty look and practically threw the towels at me. I said thank you and no response. If you hate your job...quit. The bathroom tub was all stained and so was tbe toilet seat.
