The heating in the room could've been better because at night it would still get chilly even though we had the heat cranked up when I spoke to an employee in the front about it he said that apparently it has a motion sensor and if It doesn't sense any motion going on in the room then it turns off which is kind of A good and bad idea because yeah it saves energy but then you'll be freezing at night cause yours sleeping.

Clean facility, friendly staff, all of the front desk clerks were exceptional (except the black guy that works night shift, he’s not friendly at all). The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Housekeepers are great. Breakfast Buffett is decent. Sometimes they have fresh baked cookies at the front desk.

Too many kids and therefore very noisy, people being at the pool at 10-11pm loud making noise. Only one computer in the business center (should’ve brought my laptop). Washing machines/dryers cost too much ($3 each) and dryers don’t get hot enough so it costs $6 to dry one load of clothes. Breakfast is decent but no variety, same food all the time. Occasionally they have fresh fruit. Try some biscuits, grits, hot breakfast sandwiches, pancakes for a change. I don’t like the fact that they leave the milk out on the counter for the entire 3 hours breakfast is served, it should be kept on ice at all times.

Everything was good and clean, the swimming pool was small but it’s ok at least it was clean , the manager or the front desk guy I believe his name was Vincent, very professional and friendly, if I choose to go back to this hotel it would be because of the staff

Didn’t like the fact that you have to pay for parking, I found that weird , I use hotels almost every weekend and no one charge for parking, this was the first for me

I love the fact that it had a kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. It felt like home and I had a nice little spot to my work as well, with an amazing shower to go to sleep and wake up too!

I didn’t like how that pool was closed, wish it said something about that online somewhere since the reason why I got this specific spot was for a pool. they didn’t have any pans, they gave us dishes with no sponge, and the wasn’t working is the way we needed it too.

Breakfast was really good. I liked that there were Belgian waffles as a choice besides scrambled eggs and cereal. Fresh fruit like bananas and oranges were available. Room was excellent except for the sofa/couch. See below. Nice kitchen area in the room. Surprised to see a built-in hot plate in the countertop besides having a microwave. Almost a full-size refrigerator/ freezer! Even a dishwasher! Facility was clean and all the employees were polite. Nice large flat screen TV. Bed was comfortable. Parking is very good. Thou we didn't use, there is a small section called the "market" where you can buy snacks and beverages plus other essentials. We did not use the pool, gym or laundry room so I can't comment on that. Room was clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Springs seem worn out. I did tell manager about it, and he wrote it down to check out my complaint. Had only three pillows on bed but that is my fault. I could have asked at the desk for another pillow.

Location, offering

The cost for long term stays is not low enough. Could do better. The pool is too small, the bar is open for just a few hours, there's no restaurant, the machine in the gym are aging and squeaky

The room was clean and updated, bathroom/shower was wonderful! Facilities and the hotel in general were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Upon check-in, Mitchell at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating - he really made my stay friendly and happy! Thank you, Mitchell!

The sofa in our room was not very comfortable and it looked dated - that would be the only thing.

I was very upset that they charge for daily parking. I was under the impression with booking.com that my taxes and fees were included, but they said it didn’t include parking what a rip off!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was a plus. The linen was nice including the towels.

The bed was a little hard. I would change the placement of the TV . We had a queen room with the couch. It was hard to see the TV in the bed . It would be nice if you could turn the TV.

We stayed here on our way to Massachusetts, it was very relaxing after a long drive. Our room was neat and comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Stayed on June 2023
