I was a little surprised that we had to pay for parking at this location let alone pay for it through a third party. I liked the system that was used to track the cars on the lot, however I did not expect that their would be a separate parking company that enforces the parking situation. I am used to paying when we have other major events happening in the area to ensure that people do not park on lots, not the guest staying at that property.

Room was very clean and spacious. It was in a quiet area and there wasn't alot of noise in the hotel. We (my husband and 2 daughters) slept well. I did like that there were to go containers at breakfast so you could take your breakfast back to your room.

I usually won't stay at a hotel where the sink is not inside the bathroom. When I booked the room, I didn't notice that. Although this is something I don't like, this room was nice and will probably stay here again.

It was quiet, the rooms were big, the bathrooms were clean and nice, the blinds were a little dirty and stained , breakfast was presentable and good, the kitchen was clean the silverware was clean, the couch was comfortable, when I asked for blankets they brought it promptly.

That you have to pay for parking. If I’m already paying to stay there why pay for parking. Why not just give parking passes and tow whoever doesn’t have one if you’re trying to deter unwanted parking.

Breakfast was good. Comfortable room

New paid parking since last time I was there. This is not a downtown hotel where parking is a problem. Only ones parking there are guests. If you want $15 extra from the guests just raise the rates. Looks like they got a third party managing this scam.

Breakfast was good. Above average than other places I stayed at. Great location. 10 min walk from the event i was there for.

The lighting in the sink / closet area is not the best for applying makeup.

The staff there were really nice, the room was cozy. I'm very happy with the second room you gave us, when the AC in our first room went, and couldn't be fixed. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Kitchen was great for our needs, just like being at home. Loved the breakfast options! Definitely coming back!

That there wasn't a maintenance person on call to fix the AC, we ended up having fans brought in, but it was just too warm, even with windows open. The next day we switched rooms.

Everything was great! Very clean and a great breakfast as well! Very close to 287 , easy access to highways, and grocery store right around the corner

I didn't always make it down to breakfast before it closed, so maybe make it available a little longer?

The lighting could be brighter. Any other time, I would not mind but for this stay I needed more and was wishing to have that option especially in the bathroom/dressing area.

After having issues with our hotel at a differnt resort they were so nice to have our room ready in no time! The Room was clean and great! 10/10!

You have to pay for parking but its a great hotel!

bathtub stopper broken and breakfast not much variety, no omelet bar, limited items (only fruit, no yogurt, no waffles or fresh oatmeal)
