We actually checked out on the 7th. The staff at this hotel are fantastic! Ahmed at the front desk, is so very personable and kind. The cleaning lady’s we encountered on our floor were very sweet/helpful. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast spread is awesome. We have Hiltons Honors and we’re able to use the pool/fitness area in the joined Hilton. Security in the parking lot at night. We will definitely choose this hotel to stay in next time we visit family. Sadly I forgot to take pics.

We have returned to this hotel time and again. Always clean, comfortable, with delicious hot complimentary breakfast. Staff is excellent and accommoating. The facility is shared with Hilton hotel allowing guests access to exceptional amenities including indoor and outdoor pool, apothecary lounge for refreshments and light bites. There is ample space to gather and enjoy conversation with friends and family multiple sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Ruth Chris Steakhouse has entrance from within the hotel as well..best steak ever! The hotel complex is near to main roads and nearby resturants and attractions within close distance. Just wonderful!

They contacted me right away via text to see how everything was and, when I explained about the fridge/microwave issue, it was addressed immediately and they really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They even checked in afterwards to follow up. The outdoor pool was very nice and they have a nice seating area to relax poolside. Also, the breakfast was amazing! They had a waffle iron so you could make your own waffles (vanilla and blueberry), fresh fruit, bacon on Saturday, sausage patties on Sunday, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal and even grits! I would absolutely stay there again and recommend them to family and friends!

Originally there was only a very small refrigerator which wasn't cold and no microwave. I expressed the need for the refrigerator because of our 1 year old son needing to have cold milk. That being said, they were very receptive and offered to let us use the fridge behind the front desk since our room didn't come with those particular amenities. But then the manager pulled some strings and sent a better fridge AND a microwave to the room.

Breakfast was very good. When checking in I asked Briana if we could get a room close to the elevator since both my wife n I use canes. Briana changed my room to the first floor close to the lobby much appreciated.

Lighting in the rooms was not great. Also when I signed in I signed the credit card invoice that read $ 162.52 but after I checked out I got a recipe for 135.43 by email, however my credit card shows the 162.52 a little confusing. I hope that you will make the correction to my account.

The staff was wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool.

I would give the signage 1 out of 10, but there were no signs between the Hampton and the other hotel that shares the building. Both inside and outside the signs were, well, not there. I drove around the building parking lots, then I ended up picking the WRONG side to enter. Finally, I spent 15 minutes figuring out how to get to the Hampton side! This could be fixed, though. It really was a lovely place to stay.

We very much appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the hotel! We loved the hot complimentary breakfast. It was delicious! Thank you to all of your Front Desk staff. They wer verye polite. Brian especially was accommodating! Bianca was extremely helpful to my brother, Victor, who is a deaf mute and needed help with the internet connection. It is how he communicates with the world. We also lappreciated the text communication to make sure our room was to our satisfaction. Never have we experienced such caring in a hotel. I also need to mention how personable this hotel stay was for my family. I have never had a hotel manager extend soo many "Thank You's" in multiple emails including suggestions for the surrounding area attractions and restaurants. . I would like to extend a special thank you to Eliona! She sets the bar very high for hotel managers with her outstanding customer service via email! I soo appreciate that quality of communication! It shows this hotel really cares about their guest!🥰😍

Hampton and Hilton share swimmingpool and gym. Pool was nice and warm, separate jaccuzi even nicer. Paint is chipping a bit but overall it is a good pool. We had booked a queen with fridge and microwave but these were not in our room. When asked for it at the reception, it was brought within 30 minutes. We had some plumbing issues and these were also fixed immediately. Good service! Breakfast options are good and the breakfast room has good vibes. Received a welcome email upfront and the another email during our stay to ask if all was ok. Again appreciated the service level

The beds made noises if you turned around

We stayed here 7 years ago for a wedding. When we were planning an overnight trip for some family business we immediately booked a room here. The Hampton has comfy beds, very clean, and a nice free breakfast. We were driving from SC to NJ, a 13hr trip, so we wanted to stay here because we didn't want to risk staying somewhere we hadn't been before and ending up in a dump. We needed to rest for our trip home the next day. Thank you to Syliy(don't know if I am spelling his name right) for being so nice and helpful! He worked the overnight shift at the front desk. If we have to come back to NJ for any reason(sorry, but we live at the beach, so we don't enjoy the cold lol)we will def be staying at the Hampton!

Not one thing I didn't like! Except fresh coffee wasn't made until 4am and I woke up at 3:20am. But really cannot complain, most people do not get up that early! Lol

the staff members were amazing, they try everything to make you happy and your stay wonderful. anything you need they will help you out to get it. we got upgraded to a suite for our last night because of a nice staff member. I have nothing bad to say about my stay here, would recommend to friends and family and everybody thinking about staying here. exceptional stay

The room was clean with a nice scent and well appointed and the breakfast was very nice. Foremost, the front desk lady was very friendly.
