Nassau Inn

Location was the best! Close to Princeton which was convenient for visiting my son. Great restaurants and shops in the area. Hotel was relatively clean. Restaurant staff-Carly, very helpful! Lobby women's bathroom very clean.

Our bathtub did not drain, lobby staff was difficult to deal with at first. Manager Jessica intervened and was able to make things work by offering us another room to shower in so that we could make it to our scheduled engagements. Shower was later fixed by plumber with no further issues.

We had a king suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. The bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The location was perfect as the Inn is right in the heart of Princeton and Palmer Square. It was an easy walk to anything we wanted to do.

I didn't like that the Inn has only one restaurant with a very limited menu. I was also disappointed to find that ordering breakfast for room service was not an option on the website. I had to go downstairs to work out what we wanted between the registration folks and the restaurant folks. They were very helpful but I really shouldn't have had to go downstairs to arrange for breakfast room service.

The hotel has an unbeatable location. There's no more central place to stay in the town of Princeton and it was nice to not have to rent a car. We got a pretty good deal because we made a reservation early. Very comfortable bed.

Some of the bed linens had stains and there was a stain on the wall where someone spilled something. The coffee machine was missing the tray where the pod goes so we couldn't take advantage of that amenity. Finally, the hotel decor, especially the carpet, felt old and not fresh, which gave it a dingy sense.

The hotel's location is definitely it's best feature. Right in the heart of the town, practically across the street from Princeton University. Tons of places to eat and little stores to browse. The accommodations are nice, pretty average for hotels these days. Rooms don't have a mini fridge but the toiletries are of great quality, as are the beddings. I recommend the hotel for people staying overnight, not wanting to rent a car but spend sometime in the town.

The staff at the front desk are not very courteous. Eddie was specially rude when I arrived, he was annoyed that I arrived before the hotel's check-in time and wanted to charge me an extra $75 for assigning my room about an hour earlier. After checking out of the hotel, I went back to pick up my suitcase from storage and the lady at the front desk was not particularly nice either, and had no idea about local transportation to reach the Amtrak station from the hotel.

I have stayed here twice and both times the staff have been dismissive and rude - they are not helpful, never even gets out of their seats from behind their desks to help in the lobby

you can’t beat the location, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean.

the bathrooms are small but workable and there is no mirror for makeup. the restaurant is just ok.

The air conditioner unit was loud and ran off/on through the evenings, which kept us awake.

Bed very comfortable. Air control quality very good. Towel rod fell off wall. Loved transition from old section and new one. Car service parking great. New carpet. Tavern food great. bathroom ammenities helpful.

My sons is a Princeton student, the location is very convenient for us to drop in both ways. Walking distance to restaurants, cafe, shops and all major attractions on Princeton campus.
