The front desk lady Ms. Crystal is freaking awesome and she needs a big raise! I travel a lot and I stay in a lot of hotels this is the first hotel that I've ever stayed in through this app that I put a comment in for extra blanket and not 15 minutes of me being in the room they brought my blanket to me I always have to fight to get an extra blanket or extra pillow lol! The room is nice and comfortable the bed is awesome and it does have a good size comforter on it already... If you stay longer than one day if you need extra towels or anything all you have to do is call the front desk and they will have it brought to your room you do not have to worry about going down to get them.

The only thing I didn't like was the $50 deposit which I didn't know about until I got here so if you book make sure you book all of your days up once so you only have to pay the $50 one time because of my work I paid separately and had to pay $50 each day so make sure if you stay in longer than one day you go ahead and book all your days in advance so you can only pay that $50 one time also after you check out it only took a day and that 50 was put back in my account.

I made the 3 day reservation for the wrong starting date and arrived one day late. They were very accommodating after I talked to Booking, the changed the reservation and didn’t charge me for the day I missed.

Free continental breakfast was OK, but the coffee was not good and it’s all processed creamers.

They had a nice breakfast but we didn’t stay because we wanted to get on the road and have breakfast later. The room was clean and comfortable sleeping. My husband had a walker and they made sure to put us on the first floor that I asked for. Where we parked was not to far from our room.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was included. Some fruits, bread, oatmeal, waffle, coffee, juice, tea. There is a pho restaurant right next to the hotel, I wish I knew in advance.

The price is slightly higher through booking.com, 150(booking.com) vs 115 (I think directly from the hotel).

it’s a decent hotel in a very safe part of town. However, since the property is a bit old, the walls are very thin, so I could hear our very loud and obnoxious neighbors nearby. However, the staff was very willing to help in this situation.

Most comfortable beds we've had on this trip. I love the fact that the entire hotel is non-smoking. That is often the problem in these lower price hotels; even if the room is non-smoking it still smells of smoke. No smoke odor anywhere! Love that

I suppose I should say the breakfast, but really I think assets are wasted on eggs and so forth at breakfast. A simple brown bag with a muffin to accompany the free coffee works fine for us.

The front desk person named Mo, was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!! Great asset to the company. I would definitely come back just because of him!!!

The cleanliness of the bathroom was below par. I had to re-clean bathroom before using.

The cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.

There could be some extra channels on the TV, like HBO or Showtime. Also the TV,s could be a bit bigger. Other then that the place is great.

The room was great... The stay was short and sweet..... We were welcomed with postive greetings from Jimmy.

We did did watch much tv, but a bigger tv will enchance the stay......

It was convenient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Needed a little updating in the room as far as repairs to damaged walls and objects within the room.
