It was peaceful and quiet. They had a few options for breakfast in the morning. Most of the staff were very kind.
One of the staff members came off very rude and my husband didn't like that either. However I understand everyone has bad days and just hope that that's the reasoning.

Very clean from lobby, elevator, room, and bathroom. Managers were very polite and welcoming. Was worried after reading reviews FROM OTHER area hotels and expected the worst here but were pleasantly surprised. Very clean including the towels and bedding (no stains or gross hairs). The refrigerator and microwave were spotless! Cant wait to stay here again. Heck with those other hotels! We will be visiting again.

Cable TV has alot of hacked in background chatter. People talking. Who what where why don't know. Am noticing this alot. One source is cable box. I do believe it was local where the hackers were located. When in Wisconsin the chatters have Wisconsin accents.

The hotel was easy to locate and in a section of town that's close to restaurants, a theatre, shopping, etc. It's very walkable with most options within a mile of the facility.
There is still no breakfast service. At this point, I feel a bit like it's a cop-out on the Covid topic. That's not been shown to be a common transmission platform and I think it's just laziness at this point.

The staff were all extremely friendly, remembered you and greeted you by name. The hotel was quiet, clean, updated, management present and good bfast. I would definitely stay here again!!
