The staff here are stellar - can’t be beat. From the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone was wonderful. The room was perfect for us (family of 4, with two small children - we had 2 queen beds). The kitchenette came in very handy. And it was awesome having free parking & breakfast. We specifically came for the pool, and that was our only disappointment.

The pool was ‘usable’ but seriously needs cleaning, and sometimes was a bit cold (but once we got in, we adjusted). I thoroughly bathed each child (& myself) every time we went swimming, and had my daughter not begged so exhaustively, I would have skipped the pool altogether.

I liked the space in the room. We were a family of four adults and 1 child and the room was spacious enough to accommodate us reasonably well.

The hotel only cleans the rooms every other day. When you are five people sharing a room- a more frequent clean is required. I asked the hotel specifically if they could do a quick clean for us on one of the 'no clean days' and they did not assist. If the Management doesn't want to pay their staff to clean daily- at least provide cleaning supplies in the room so that the guests can do it themselves. For example, cleaning supplies in the bathroom would be particularly useful.

The location is extremely good. It was so easy to go to different places by ordering Uber. What was so unique is that it was so easy to get to Times Square by taking the NJT bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal. Having finished my tour, I got back to Port Authority to take the bus to Willowbrook Mall. Then, I ordered Uber to return back to the hotel. The staff is fantastically friendly. The breakfast is amazing. In addition, I enjoyed going to the gym. I wish I could spend my next summer vacation at Home 2 Suites by Hilton Wayne, NJ. By the way, it is so far away from JFK airport, but my family and I wish to come back to our Home 2 Suites again. Thank you so much. 💓

Breakfast was ok/good. Room was exceptionally clean and large. Very nice shower. We were only staying one night, so kitchen was of no use to us. However, if we ever need to stay for a longer time, the kitchen would be an asset.

Room price was higher than where we normally stay and they have a better breakfast. However, the day we checked in, the room rate was listed on the internet as $12 cheaper and to book now. However when you went to the site the cheaper rates were not available. Not sure why your website would list that, but it doesn't seem right. We asked at the front desk about it and they basically said nothing could be done about it, which didn't sit well with us.

I stayed at Home2 Suites By Hilton Wayne, NJ this week and had a great experience. The staff had a positive attitude. The room was clean and spacious, especially compared to other hotels, and featured a small kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a good fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was amazing. Free parking was a bonus, and the location was convenient. I also appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the ice machine.

What I recommend is cleaning the room every day and offering more variety in the breakfast menu.

The suite was perfect, it has a full kitchen (excluding stove) including dishes, dish soap and new sponge to wash, and dishwasher pods, yes, there was a full dishwasher too! The bed was comfortable. Very nice layout of the room. Breakfast was as good, and they have trays so you can bring your breakfast up to your room.

I didn’t like the very sharp right turn I had to take to get to the suites, dangerous if there were cars behind me. And if the turn is missed it is hard to get back. The road system in that area is very confusing, especially if you are from out of town.

I really love the location of the hotel. It's right by the mall and many restaurants. It's so many things to do in that area. The facility was very clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was nice. The rooms were great it was my first stay at a Home 2 Suites,so I really did like it

Only thing I would say i didn't like the fact that the swimming pool wasn't heated. That was very upsetting one of the main reasons I ok picked the hotel was for the pool.

Seemed pretty clean for the most part. 2 of the ice machines weren’t working. Only the one on the first floor was. We stayed on the 3rd in a king suite. The room was nice and spacious. 4 stat out of 5 for being clean. Overall 8 as chosen. For $550 you would expect a tad more. The pool was heavily chlorinated and definitely not to safe to swim in. Seemed like it was being avoided with a max occupancy. My kid burnt his eyes. We had to make a complaint about this issue. We did book a month in advance so. Price can possibly go up. Definitely a nice place to stay overall and the breakfast was definitely a 4.5 star as far as quality went. 👍

It was very clean and comfortable. Better than the photos! The room and hotel overall offered great amenities at an affordable rate. And the breakfast was great! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting.

The snacks in the market are just a tad pricey but not bad considering if you need something quick. Otherwise there’s a 7/11 minutes down the road to stock up your fridge.

second times staying in the Hilton suites and It has been so far the best cost-benefit hotel. Excellent rooms, super clean, great breakfast, staff super nice, pool is good. Certainly, I will stay in the same type of Hilton hotel in other cities.

My stay was for 5 days and we didn't have housekeeping to organize beds or cleaning services, just to replace toilet paper and towels.
