Upon check in, the front desk rep was not personable, and said "oh here these are for you" and handed me two bottles of water. What?! These should have been in the room already. This made me feel like I was paying $250 to stay at the Red Roof. Lighting fixtures on the wall did not work. A porter came and tried a new bulb but no luck. No building engineer ever returned to fix the light.

I couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine. A porter named Michael came to the room and showed us how it worked and replenished the coffee supplies. He was very courteous and personable.

The hotel was excellent.However, I booked on line for a rehearsal event. Did not realize when I googled Marriott hotel that booking .com came up so I did not get hotel rates that others got booking directly with hotel. A very sneaky practice. I asked at hotel why my rate was much higher that others in our party , they said because I used booking.com. The hotel could not/would not change my rate. Would not even give me senior discount. Hard to see fine print on phone . Although the place was nice , I was upset I got charged $377 for 1 night 1 person and they would not accommodate me in any way. They said sorry nothing we can do for you. So sorry I will not be back. Someone should ban these deceptive things from popping up , it is your hotel site that I googled so at least side with your customers!

Staff was nice but refused to accommodate my very high rate. Could have been accommodating when others paid $100 less. Sorry your fault they said basically. Not very customer friendly.

We enjoy the ambience of the hotel and the convenience of everything around it. The room was very clean and for the most part what we were looking for. ( Balcony didnt have the best view)

The staff was short or snobby at the front desk, made us feel like we should already know certain answers and not sure if covid had anything to do with it but the welcome wasn't as pleasant as the other reviews stated. The bar tender in the Allegory restaurant was awesome very welcoming and attentive. The rooms lamp had a light bulb out, I never said anything to the front desk because we had the balcony (natural light) and we didn't want to feel like a bother to the staff since they already seemed short upon arrival. There isn't a microwave or ice bucket in the king balcony room for 300.00 a night I wasn't disappointed but I expected better.

Wish I had more time to spend here. A+ I had just come from a "4 star hotel" in PA night before where I could not sleep, could not get comfortable, could not block out the road noise. Walked into MC and said THIS is more like it. Instantly comfortable there. Everything was ON POINT.

Breakfast was great, but service mediocre. On three separate days, my eating utensils were delivered, upon request, after my meal was served.

I know that good help is hard to find, but with the prices paid, it does seem reasonable to have adequately trained wait staff who provide a customer with eating utensils without waiting and after the meal is served.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is super friendly. They allow dogs which is helpful . Prices at the restaurant and rooftop bar are very reasonable for the area. The rooms are spacious and I especially loved the bathroom.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Front end service very nice. Complimentary coffee in the morning. Pillows were to my liking. Most Staff very friendly and attentive.

Valet at $32/day used parking structure TV was broken and maintenance had to come up and fix it. $14 for a small Caesar salad or Turkey wrap. (But I understand Bartender in the morning wasn’t really to friendly. Just doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job.

we loved our room, and we even got an upgrade. The restaurant at the lobby was exceptional and your staff very friendly

The roof top deck was very nice. Hotel staff seemed polite.

Distance. It rained during our stay and this made the drive from Philly not good. Other than that/we enjoyed our visit.

I loved the accommodations. Very comfortable and spacious. The location is fabulous. It was quiet after the roof bar closed.

When I checked in, they didn’t ask or need to see my vaccination card. Most people were unmasked despite the signs. We had just left NY where they were rigorous in checking vaccination which made us very comfortable.
