The location was easy to get to - right on 46. There is a restaurant in the hotel and it has room service till 10 pm which was super convenient. Check in was fast and easy. The room was big and it was clean. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows! Air conditioning was a bit loud but okay. Had good black-out curtains. It was a bit noisy in the hallways but by 11:30 or so it was quiet. Lots of parking spaces. Easy to park. Was able to extend check out to 12:30. The kitchen accommodated my dietary needs - no meat and made me chocolate milk! : )

Everything was perfect for a short one night stay.

This was our first trip to Best Western Fairfield but it won’t be our last, it’s very convenient to our son and his family in Roseland! I had driven from NH and had a mobility issue when we arrived Miranda helped immediately by moving us from our assigned room to a handicap accessible room for our stay! Your entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating that we’ll be booking our future trips with Best Western. My condition worsened with the extreme cold and your staff provided a wheelchair assist without question, I can’t tell you how appreciative I am, I don’t like being a burden to anyone but especially to people I don’t know and don’t need to put themselves out particularly during the holidays! Your staff certainly went above and beyond expectations and I’ll be forever grateful! Thank you will never be enough!

The property was festive and beautiful! My only concern was the rugs in the room had food crumbs that weren’t vacuumed up.

The breakfast was awesome. I enjoyed it both morning I stayed and the property. The staff was very friendly and professional.

We were advised there would be a shuttle to transport a friend to a wedding venue and that was untrue. Therefore the person had to drive and I was upset as well as she that she had to drive to a venue she was unfamiliar with.

clean comfortable rooms, large bed, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel courtesy bus was brilliant and takes you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel free of charge, but of course we tipped the driver. could not fault this hotel.

Liked location and interior decor! Staff was very nice and friendly...especially DJ. Breakfast pastries was nice (varieties). Read rave good reviews about omelets, but for me nothing special.

There wasn't any meats for free breakfast. Carpeting in room worn.

Sheer curtains or blinds would’ve been nice so I could leave my curtains opened for natural sunlight without someone being able to see in my room. Bathroom needs a little updating.

The breakfast was exceptionnal, I hadn't read much into it, but when we got there we were impressed with the omelet service, and the choice of pastries. Additionally, the look and feel of the hotel and the rooms in general were beyond expectations for a Best Western Hotel. We had been to a BW two days earlier, and there was just no comparison !

Room was large and clean . Lots of free parking available. The breakfast is very good. Convenient location just off the highway.

No filterd water dispenser except when having breakfast at the restaurant so you have to buy bottled water.

Absolutely SUPERB HOTEL and Amazing STAFF especially the morning Michelle and everyone else are ALWAYS so PLEASANT and accommodating this is BY FAR my Absolute FAVORITE HOTEL !?! 💯👍

We stayed here because it was close to my aunt's house. we normally pick the hilton hotels but my aunt recommended this one and it was a beautiful, clean property. the breakfast was pretty solid - even had an omlette station.
