Incredibly friendly staff. The TV was a smart TV, so on rainy/lazynights, we were able to watch Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.They offer a small free breakfast of cereal, bananas, mini muffins, yogurt and toast. Which is nice if you have children. The rooms are small but cozy. You are 1 block away from the boards.

Yes, they offer coffee during their free breakfast. But I'd rather have a small machine in my room instead of waking up and walking to the lobby to get coffee. One small cup isn't enough, so you need to ether drink it there or make multiple trips for more. The bathroom is so small that the toilet paper holder is directly, and I do mean directly next to the seat. Only a toddler would be able to use it on there. We had to keep it on the sink, which is also directly beside you as you "go."

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The boardwalk is a short distance away and the pool at the facility is warm which is a plus. Having a balcony was another perfect touch.

The beds are harder than I would like and the bathroom was not clean. It had hair everywhere on the floor. Breakfast is included but it was cold cereals and toast, bananas. I would have loved to see scrambled eggs or a pancake mix.

The location was GREAT! the price was AMAZING. the cleanliness, amazing as well. I’m not too sure about other rooms, but mine was completely fine, AND clean. outdated?, yea, but who cares. It served its purpose. clean bedsheets, clean room, the laminate hard flooring looks actually recent. it was just myself and my 12 yr old son. Being so affordable and reading the reviews, we were ready for anything. not sure what the fuss was about, the Wi-Fi was fine too! it’s also quiet! I was expecting a very noisy, party-like place. it wasn’t at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will continue when we get the chance to visit wildwood again !

The staff honored our request to check in late, and we were an hour later than expected, but no issues with check-in at all. The hotel is about a block from the boardwalk, which was perfect. The AC unit was new and had options to cycle on and off or be on overnight - something we hoped was the case.

The beds and pillows were a little too soft for our group.

The prices were great especially for the location. Staff at Motel were very friendly the lady even ask my other half if she wanted to make us more coffee because we came to breakfast a few mins late. Will definitely come back pool was very clean as well. Thank you Tropicana Motel for making ur stay the best so far especially for ur kid.

Very nice and very clean. I checked the beds, throughly because I am scared of bugs. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, many options, coffee, orange juice and even cereal for the kids. Also very close to the beach and a dollar store if you forget something.

Only bad thing about it was that the mini fridge seemed to not work.

it’s super close to the boardwalk, clean property, quiet when I stayed, service was very friendly and was always available, accommodates guests to the best of their ability, clean rooms and bathrooms, spritzer and faucet area on property available to guests, many security cameras as to which my family and I felt safe to dry belongings outside our room, nice bbq patio/balcony available to guests, employees ensure your vacation is a vacation, like it should be.

The customer service was excellent. Check in and out was super easy and fast. Very short walk to the boardwalk. Main room was updated and good amount of storage for belongings.

Bathroom was very outdated and could use some repairs (shower curtain rod barely hanging on) but was super clean!

the pool was clear and easily accessible

the parking was terrible. we had to leave our keys with the front desk and they had to move cars around every time someone needed to get out of the lot. i wasn’t happy about a stranger driving my car that often. what would have happened if they were to damage my vehicle.
