When we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Abdul. He was very nice and helpful. There was no issues with checking in and only took a few mins. Our room was on the 3rd fl. At first i didnt think id like it, however once we got to the top, the view we had was nice. We were near the corner of the building on the side street and had a perfect view to the boardwalk/ocean. Our visit was for a function held at the Convention Center. This being our first time in Wildwood, we picked a great hotel as it was literally across the street from the center. There is parking on the property. We stayed for two nights so overall it wasn't bad.

One thing that was a downfall was the size of the room. It was small and tight; with the two beds dresser/fridge holder there really wasn't much room in between. The bathroom i had to use with the door open. I dont like tight rooms and felt a little closed in. So sizing was really the only issue.

The location was perfect, we parked and didn't move our vehicle for 4 days! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked that there was a grill and seating area we could use for meals. The neighborhood was family friendly as well. The room was updated and looked great!

The floors were not mopped the first day and no one came to refresh the room the next day. We had to ask for more towels. Not sure if it is a new regulation, but they no longer had coffee makers in the rooms.

area was perfect, booked for a cheer competition at the convention center which was across the street. family dollar is walking distance across the street if you need anything, snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot. good driving distance to food. stayed In February so not much was open on boardwalk, or some restaurants were closed for the season that were walking distance.

they only had sheets on the bed, and one blanket (comforter) in a drawer for 2 beds. we stayed in February so it was chilly. heating unit was on wall, and was turned off when we arrived so it was freezing in the room. would power on and off during the night and was extremely loud. door was hard to open.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Abdul and Rob provided exceptional service. I will make this one of my annual vacation stays for sure. This location is centrally located to all of the main attractions. Great location

Parking wasnt great. Someone parked behind me and i couldn't go to the store, however when a spot became available that would allow me not to be blocked in, Abdul and Rob were on it. I appreciated that.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff were polite and helpful, a really nice man worked at the front desk who helped us both years. I’ve stayed here July 2022 and August 2021 both times the room was completely spotless and the whole room including the bathroom and kitchen were recently renovated. Exceeded my expectations both times. The location is across the street from the beach and near the first pier of rides on the boardwalk. Very convenient. There is no pool at this location but you can use the pool at a sister property. My photos of the room won’t upload but they are identical to the photos the hotel uses.

You may need to double park and leave your keys in the office. The ice machine did not work during our second stay.

We enjoyed the trip very very much. The staff was wonderful with my grandchildren. There was one issue with a room that they originally gave us, but they took care of us immediately upgraded us at no extra cost, and made sure that we were very happy. I would recommend this place to anybody it was reasonably well priced you're right next to the boardwalk in the middle of the boardwalk and it was very very convenient.

There was nothing we did not like.

The room was a nice room. It was clean. Beds were comfy. Had lots of pillows. Loved the tub, which had a nubby bottom so you couldn't slip while showering or trying to get out of the tub. I have stayed at another hotel where the tub bottom was slippery and dangerous to try to get out of. I really appreciated the nubby bottom which enabled me to get in and out of the tub safely! The hotel was super close to the boardwalk and the beach!

There really wasn't anything that I did not like about the room. We didn't really spend a lot of time in the room, except at night and early morning. The rest of the time we were exploring Wildwood and the beach!

Very clean and everything was updated. Make sure you get the third floor with the ocean view very nice in the morning to wake up and sit on the patio and watch the water.

Nothing really just a nice friendly staff clean rooms updated rooms at that. Close to the beach 1 min walk to the boardwalk and beach …. Everything was great for the price.

Personnel was very responsive to requests. Room was clean and met expectation. Hotel was directly across from the boardwalk and beach and within a very short walking distance. Once on the boardwalk, stores and eateries were to the left and right making meals easily accessible.

Parking is tight, but not an issue during our stay as we never moved our vehicle until check-out departure. An earlier check-in time would be nice. 4pm is a little late if you arrive earlier in the day.

This hotel had a great location. Room was clean and modern. Exceeded our expectations for a beach hotel for sure!

Very little counter space and small bathroom. Also we didn’t realize there was limited parking so you either had to be blocked in or block someone in and leave your keys with the front desk which we were not comfortable doing. If you wanted to come and go you had to keep pestering the desk staff. Just the nature of the great location but certainly a little inconvenient.
