I must say, this was my first time in Clovis New Mexico and I just went with my gut on where I should stay. Honestly, I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for the price Econo Lodge offered. The lady who checked me in and took care of me was tall and I think her name was Cecilia. I don't think I've ever met someone as kind as her. I could tell she genuinely cared and cares for all of her customers. If the higher ups ever read this, please give cecilia a raise. Raiden.

Everything about my room was excellent. The AC was great the tv worked wonderfully with no issues. The internet was good too. clean and spacious!

The breakfast was lame. But due to covid I can understand why they didn't have a lot of options but some of the cereal was out of order. How does cereal go out of order. At least the mini donuts were a nice touch.

this is now my 3rd time staying here. VERY VERY PLEASED with customer service!! rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable!! I will return again!!

I’ve been here before and the stay was top notch, and now back a second time. it didn’t disappoint! prices are were very reasonable! also the double queen rooms are so spacious! loved it!! staff were also very accommodating and helpful. felt safe and no concerns at all!

For the low price the bathroom was actually very clean and fancy lookin.

the pillows were uncomfortable and I had a hard time staying asleep with them.

Rate had breakfast included but BECAUSE OF COVID (they said) only coffe was available. If management decides to leave the "breakfast included" in the rate, they should actually organize themself and offer it somehow. Otherwise it would be better not to mention it. The ridiculous thing is that at check out I noticed few ladies gathered in the breakfast room having some sort of food brought from outside...chatting and eating.Maybe staff...not sure. Preventing covid or simply cutting costs? I booked a queen size bed and got a full size instead...little small for 2 pax...

Newly remodeled and very clean. Conveniently located.

The room was quite cold when we arrived, and the in-wall heater took some time to figure out. There were two of us but only one chair which made it inconvenient when it came to having dinner in our room necessary because of Covid.

Clean and comfortable. A perfect price and a great location to food and right on my route. A great stop for one night when traveling.

The parking lot felt a little sketchy. There was this smell that I could not figure out where it was coming from.

Didn’t eat breakfast. The young lady at the desk Cecilia - she was very helpful printing a page we needed for our trip.

A table to put our things on would be helpful USB ports are needed

Everything about our stay was good. We've been here last year, and knew we'd be back. Hopefully again next year as well
