I definitely preferred this location due to being off the main highway so less noise & not close to railroad tracks. The breakfast was very nice & being offered more options besides just fruit & muffins makes this appealing. I reserved this hotel due to the full kitchenette in my room as well. I would like to give your hotel staff member Destiny, who checked us in, a good thumbs up even as I was being a little upset (see note below).

Due to my error in reading all the rules for a pet stay, I was shocked to hear that I would be paying a flat, non-refundable fee of $100 for my dog. I wouldn't have stayed here had I noticed that fee, that is my fault. I would like to recommend that maybe for those travelers who are only staying one night, that the pet fee is reduced. The only other critiques I might add is the slippery shower floor - I put a towel in the tub so as not to fall. Suggestion might be to provide a rubber mat to place down first.

Lovely staff! Very clean and comfortable hotel. Highly recommend, great area.

Breakfast quite disappointing. Creamers had gone bad, food poor quality, including stale fruit and bread. Surprising when every single other thing was quite perfect!

Staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed. The person who served us breakfast went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Not crazy about that $100 no refund lane per deposit. That was a surprise.

I was disappointed to find the pool to be unavailable. It would have been nice to have been able to go for a swim. The breakfast was nothing exceptional.

Felt extremely comfortable in the room although a bit small. Big bathroom. The shower was wonderful! Extremely clean. Order your food for the free breakfast on arrival. Delivered to your door at the time you chose. No questions asked. Dishwasher, toaster, sink, refrigerator, coffee. Fabulous stay. Sundries for sale. Pet or ESA friendly.

Some waiting at the front desk occasionally. Only one staff person there, but they were very nice.

I travel A LOT so I stay at hotels often, but this hotel totally exceeded my expectations. I've been to Clovis, NM before but had never knew about TownePlace Suites and now I will not stay anywhere else when I go to Clovis. The assistant general manager China was exceptional! I hope she doesn't forget about her free boat rental!! lol. Fantastic hotel, staff and customer service. I highly recommend this property to travelers or a weekend getaway for locals. Definitely get the 2 bedroom suite!

Nothing. Everything was just fine! The staff I was exposed to, Anthony Perez at the front desk, and Norma at the breakfast service were very professional, informative and kind. You have a couple of winners at this location. I was a flight attendant for 30+ years and I know what this means!
