Fairfield Inn & Suites Farmington

We had a lot of family in town for a funeral. As a result, we spent a lot of time in the common area where breakfast is usually served. Pam was always so nice and welcoming to us and never made us feel as if we had overstayed our welcome - even outside of the normal breakfast hours she still remained hospitable and offered us snacks and drinks. Also, Cody at the front desk was very helpful as one member of our party left a cell phone in his room. Cody secured the phone and made attempts via email and phone calls to ensure that the phone returned to us.

Nothing - everything was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and accommodating at all times.

I know these are cost saver issues. We stayed there 9 days. The toilet paper should be upgraded from course feeling 🙃. Also the days when the breakfast were cooked with eggs, bacon , and sausage were ok. . The packaged breakfast sandwiches were not good. Did not eat the packaged sandwiches.

Great service and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again. No major issues during my stay.

I would have preferred a better breakfast. Breakfast biscuits in a bag was ok but even just eggs and bacon/sausage would have been better. I've never liked the low flow shower heads, 2.5 gpm head is the best.

The convenient location of the property. It was also in close proximity to a Starbucks store which was a plus for me. I'm a morning coffee person so I strolled on over and got an Americano with an extra shot at 0500 in the morning.

I don't have any recommendations for improvement because I just stayed in my room and didn't take advantage of any of the amenities. Check out was quick as well. I like the layout of the room so yeah, I didn't have any problems or dislikes.

As a former executive head housekeeper, the cleanliness of the room we stayed in was excellent. As habit I always inspect the room upon entry.

Customer service. I'm sure they are busy to their duties but they are not visible

We were traveling home to Salt Lake City from Virginia and had stayed at a few questionable hotels. We had previously stayed at a Fairfield Inn and were excited to find one on our final night’s stay on our trip home.

The breakfast sandwich offered at the grab and go breakfast was not good. Hopefully, Fairfield Inn will be able to provide guests with a nice hot breakfast again in the near future.

The room was very comfortable.

The employee that was working when I checked in was not to happy. I ask 2 question and her answer was blunt. So I didn't bother to ask anything else.

The staff was exceptionally competent and helpful. They couldn't have been better! That includes the front desk and the housekeeping that we met in the hallways. There was a particular woman who had answered the phone when I needed to change my reservation and went out of her way to accommodate. (I very much regret that I didn't get her name.) The facility and room was extremely clean and comfortable.

I met Pam who did the breakfast, and she was so nice. She did a great job.

I didn't know I can earn points when I use an outside service to book my room, That is disappointing

Breakfast would be better but due to the covid regulations you got a brown bag with what they picked not putting that on the hotel location was good walking distance to two restaurants and a Starbucks

Covid 19 restrictions it's not the hotels fault it's the States fault
