The room is very comfortable, tidy, clean. Extra pillow, bathtub a plus, shampoo and two soaps. I have stayed in Gallup many times. I've stayed in cheaper hotels and more expensive hotels there. Red Roof is by far the most comfortable and clean with the best pricing. I booked thru an on-line travel app and requested a room facing the parking lot. The hotel was obliging. Everything about my stay was good if not great.

Because i have a dog we walked around the property. I noticed the grounds could have used some work; trash, broken glass in parking lot+. The fault of inconsiderate ppl. The room would be a 10+ w/ at least one usb outlet for charging my phone.

The air conditioner works well and no loud noises from it, bed was comfortable and we had enough towels. Front office staff is always friendly and attentive . We had an issue with our room and we were quickly relocated without any backlash or tension. Overall I would still recommend time and time again even with the minor issues.

Our mini refrigerator flooded the sink area. Prior to that, it was making a small sound could've been a warning it was about to give away. Need to continue to spray for cockroachs, we found one but could've been because no one had occupied the room in awhile or just to be expected at times. This was actually the first cockroach we've seen since staying at Red Roof for the past year and a half while visiting family. The restrooms walls could use better maintenance.

Its a place to stay. Good for the money. Beds are on the harder side, but i dont mind. Everything was clean. Staff very helpful. Outside of the city. Our tv didn't work but they fixed it right away.

Nothing much. Breakfast was spars tho. Could use some work. Bare minimum of basic. Coffe, tea, jelly sandwich, cereal. We eate somewhere else.

Friendly staff, 24 hours desk service, easy access to 40 hwy, clean room, local food delivery.

Bathtub had holes that were patched with pink patch. Made me a little uneasy using the tub since I wanted to make sure not to step directly on or near the patched area since it could puncture again or crack more.

I liked how they had breakfast in the morning.

our neighbors didn’t go to sleep at all, they were awake all night banging on walls and laughing. wished we had earplugs. 1 more thing, the breakfast was good but there wasn’t a lot of variety, they granola bars, cheerios and Raisin Bran, and waffles, that’s it. a little disappointed but it wasn’t too bad.

The bed & linens superb. Quiet grounds. Plenty of parking for truck and trailer. 30 cameras videos g the premises 24/7 and a pool. Room has functional working desk. Really enjoyed the stay.

The room+bed was very confortable. The bathtub was large, good water pressure and roaring hot water. Laundry facilities were reasonably priced. No charge for pets. Big thumbs up. Even the outdoor pool was ready for use. It was nice to hear people playing+having fun in the water. And the plastic key card worked every time!

I got there at 1:45 pm but couldn't check in until 2:30. No big deal, but just something to remember.

the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. And our dog could stay for free.

no restaurants nearby but not that big of a deal. I just had to drive to the next exit. it’s not the hotel’s fault. Plenty of options there.

Offered a laminate hard wood floor rather then the usual “carpet” we did have a pet and it felt cleaner.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the bed. It was very springy and you noticed when your partner was moving. But this was so very minimal as we both slept decent.

The people at the check-in were very friendly. I had a problem when making my reservations and they waited for it to be fixed. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay.
