Very good customer service. Very comfy bed, Always clean

I don't like the cockroaches we found crawling on top of the desk. I have never had any bugs in any of these hotels. I turned on the light to plug in my phone and they were running get away from the light. I like Days Inn i stay at one every time i travel out of town

The hotel is very close to Old Mesilla, which is very cute and historically really interesting. There is not a lot to do in Las Cruces - for us it was a stop driving from Albuquerque to El Paso. Don't miss the roadrunner statue! The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave. There was a hairdryer too. Wifi worked well. There was no noise at night so we could sleep well. Breakfast was good with a waffle machine, bread, fruits, cereals, coffee and tea (for tea-drinker, it was lipton style bags so you may want to bring yours!), eggs. We didn't have any problem to sit in the area in the morning. If you need, there is a Walmart behind the hotel - and the highway is not very far.

Very clean, nice decor - loved the non carpeted floors. Great bed and the room had everything we could possibly need. I noticed the desk clerk offered pool towels to those were interested in the pool. They have a strict non-smoking policy, but provide a nice covered gazebo with seating in the central parking area. Continental Breakfast was fine - waffles, yogurt, bagels/toast, oatmeal, juice & fresh fruit.

Nothing I didn’t like — I guess the room fridge could have been stocked with beer & wine, but I never see that anywhere.

We stayed overnight during our road trip over the holidays. The check in staff member was accommodating in accommodating our request of having a room in a quieter location, due to our infant. We liked the room, it had plenty of storage and the microwave and fridge seemed new and we’re clean. We appreciated the hotels efforts in waste reduction by not lining the trash bins with plastic bags. Also in the lobby bathrooms, they used non-bleached paper towels.

To counter the note above about waste reduction, hotel chains need to stop using styrofoam in their breakfast offerings. This hotel has Styrofoam. They took their coffee and tea station down when breakfast ended, and I think that is one thing that is nice to offer longer into the day, so they could have left that up longer.

We stayed in this hotel on our way to TX and were so pleased with it that we decided to stay in it again 8 days later on our way back home. Both the office staff and the breakfast staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved that the rooms had vinyl wood flooring as opposed to nasty carpet like most places. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been stronger water pressure in the shower but it wasn't terrible. There was a nice variety of breakfast choices and it was well stocked and clean.

Beautiful property and rooms. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean pool. Despite the solitary weirdo, I felt safe there with my family. I'm sure the lady was just one of those incidents.

At 2am I received a knock on my door. A strange lady meowed. I watched her through the peephole as she meowed repeatedly and then got on all fours and ran away meowing. I let the manager know in the morning. It was weird, even for the manager. I felt ridiculous even telling the manager the story.

I got in late after an Air BNB fell through. This place came up on Google and I literally booked while parked by the side of the road. I've never been to Yuma before and being female and traveling alone it was convenient, clean and service was very professional, prompt and kind.

Nothing really. It was well appointed and just what I needed.

Wish I had gotten the name of the lady who checked me in. We stay there often and she is always friendly and helpful. I'll be sure to get her name next time do I can give her the proper thanks.

That part of town has gotten kind of seedy in the last several years. Not the motel's fault. Also the heater was not the best.

Staff were awesome, breakfast was very gd, location was excellent close to Walmart and McDonald's and other bars and restaurants and bus stop. There was a lady working at the reception called Adrian she was very nice and helpful.

Equipment where outdated.

Bed had a dip in the mattress. A/C made an odd noise- the blower wasn't working properly. Shower had water flow restriction head to save water so it was difficult to get wet but that's ok with me because the southwest U.S. is in a bad drought. We have to save water.
