The staff was very helpful from the parking attendant to the front desk. Our room was large with a great view. I loved the backlight on the bathroom mirror. The chair was a bit in the corner and the TV was not visible from there because it was set to the back of the opening of the cabinet. There was no fridge in the room but they brought one before we checked out. The window drapes were beautiful but so heavy we could hardly open them. We had a lovely dinner in the dining room. The location is perfect for visiting Las Cruces. The view of the sunset and city lights was very romantic.

I didn't read that the restaurant wasn't open on Monday so that was disappointing 😕 The pool area plants and trees were being refurbished and litter was all over the chairs. So that wasn't comfortable but understandable.

Clean and comfortable. Acceptable price.

We arrived in a Sunday and didn’t realize the restaurant was closed. We were exhausted from traveling and looking forward to eating and going to the pool. Then they said fast food could be ordered at pool. But computer was down, so no luck. We went to restaurant across the street and found it was closed for remodeling. Ended up with Sonic! Oh well. Then I had to take my 10 yo grandson into bar for breakfast the next morning. Again, oh well!

the things that matter most were great including clean white fresh linens, fresh clean smelling pillows; nice outdoor space with some shade; nice personnel; texting service to reach front desk; front desk responsive; clean rooms and nice bathrooms; secure entry and limited to main entry areas with the pool area situated within the gated area; plenty of towels at pool; a restaurant, bar, snack shop, fitness center, and beautiful Spanish style lobby areas and patio.

needs updating unless you enjoy the old world dark and heavy look; needs updating of lounge chairs and umbrellas around pool - in poor condition; needs a map of site just for reference so you don’t have to wander around to find things; wind blows so hard at times that it opened the sliding window ; there needs to be some type of restricting device on windows so a person or child can open window but not run risk of falling out; need to be consistent and communicative about hours for services and amenities; hot water limited during busy hours;

Manager Lettie (Rodriguez?) was excellent, five star all around. We were getting there late and was concerned about check in. She made sure everything ran smoothly. We also requested a room away from noise, the person who texted us was also prompt and a pleasure. I appreciate the great customer service we were provided.

Love this place. It super comfortable and cozy. The rooms are always clean and the pillows are heavenly. The fire pit outside by the pool was on and it was a bit cold from the rain this weekend so it was a perfect setting for us to hang out and enjoy.

The shower head was a bit too low for my liking, I'm only 5'1" and the water hit just behind my head. Not the worst but can be improved. I still enjoyed my stay here.

I've stayed here a few times. I doubt I'd stay anywhere else when in Las Cruces. Staff is always nice and helpful. I get a good night's sleep in this hotel. There are many dining options starting with the in-house restaurant which has a good menu.

I have yet to be able to get down to the pool when it isn't filled with kids. Nice relaxing pool time will never be something I expect here. It's a lovely pool area,

The ability to bring our pet on the property was the reason I selected this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to have really nice ambiance, accommodations and was treated warmly.

I was unaware of the amount charged for the pet fee in advance of the visit.

I didn’t expect such a luxuriously and tastefully beautiful hotel. it was a stop on our road trip and the price was right. this is more luxurious than the other hotels we’ve stayed so far. I loved the Aloft but this is grander, and the Preston was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. this place rules! Jimmy came out to help us immediately and with a smile and a conversation. Elizabeth was our go to. she knew everything and helped with everything and she’s stylishly cool. we will be coming back for sure. a wonderful and restful stay.

This place is beautiful. It's got a great vibe and is visually stunning, especially for the price. Its location is convenient but with both a pool and restaurant on site, there's no need to go elsewhere if you're just staying a short time.

I can't think of anything I'd change.

Beds were very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool. The staff was very nice. My husband and I stayed here because were in town for a softball tournament, unfortunately my husband was hurt. When we got back to the hotel, the security helped me get my husband to the room and get us bags for ice, he asked if we needed anything to let him know and he would bring it up to us. All in all this place was beautiful and staff were very attentive.

There were a few burnt stains on the carpet of our room and some on the wall. I also noticed a red stain, maybe wine, on the carpet at the far end of the room by the window. Also the vent in the restroom connects directly to the next room. We would hear everything that was going on in the next room through that vent.
