Super clean, nice comfortable

I liked everything

The entire experience was excellent. The room was spacious, the bathroom was the largest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel, the staff were friendly and always greeted us. The front desk staff were very sweet and accommodating. We also received $10 free play for each day we stayed. The staff in the gaming center were equally as friendly. Even the security guard were nice. Also, free hot breakfast and it is a rotating menu and had many options. Wifi was excellent, room had ample TV stations and it included a robe, mini fridge, mini pantry draws and a Keurig. Anytime we needed towels, we went to the front desk and it would be in our room when we returned. 100/10 my husband and I will stay here anytime we are in the area.

The breakfast was a nice bonus but sometimes the potatoes were undercooked. The ac needed to be cleaned and there were some broken usb outlets.

the only entrance to get to the room was a bit of a hike. I understand it’s a casino and safety/security measures are in place. We were not prepared for that and could have packed better to carry things we wanted to bring. We are still young enough and able to do the extra walk. I just think it would have been helpful to know ahead of time. I did see there was vallet parking, we could have done that. Overall, things were so great and we will be back!

We chose this hotel as a well-reviewed budget option with breakfast included.. Little did we know that we would wake up and open our curtains to see trainers exercising their harness racing horses just a few feet from our window. Breakfast eggs were fresh made, as was the fresh fruit salad because the casino has an active kitchen on site. Staff were uniformly kindly and responsive. We'll be back again...even though we are not gamers! Free, well lit, parking across the street from the hotel...with security cruising the large lot.

The choice of television channels in budget hotels is always very limited. This is not exception

We stayed here overnight following a Buffalo Bills game. We had an early flight from the Rochester airport it the hotel fit the bill. Location was great, only 35 minutes to the airport. Our room was huge, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and large bathroom with a great shower. The room looked directly out onto the track and in the morning we could see the horses training. Breakfast was included and was standard but good. We had dinner in the Pub with standard fare but it was as expected and fine for us. The housekeeping staff does a great job! Very clean.

The rooms are not very soundproof and our neighbors were very loud late into the night and it kept me awake. This is a construction issue but, the floors are all tile and not a lot of sound absorbing surfaces.

Great variety for breakfast. Breakfast hostess was very efficient and friendly. Nice to stay in the same building as the casino where there were several restaurant choices. Quick response to a room problem.

PARKING!!! Must park in the same lot with casino goers and it is a long walk while carrying suitcases, etc. There are no bell hops to help. The weather the day we were there was VERY cold and windy. You must enter through the casino entrance then go to the second floor for hotel check in, then walk a long distance to your room, all without a bit of assistance. Not good.

Clean. comfortable

Awoke at 6:30 am to snowplows etc. prefer back room facing racetrack next time.

Everything was perfect

This was our 59th wedding anniversary. I thought we planned it perfectly. It was such fun (missed the blackjack tables). The poker machines if you could find them (there werent many) were something we could do together. The food was excellent in Fortunes Sinatra room and the bar restaurant. A memorable time.

It was supposed to be a room overlooking the track.....206...duh that was stretching the point!! Very disappointed. AND we wanted to sleep together but I could NOT GET UP ON THE HIGH BED ...not even with the steps! (We older folks often are shorter and have arthritic knees so climbing is difficult. I had warned them I was 4" 9") So I slept in the chair/bed watching my husband on his 6 pillows in the big bed...........BTW....old peopl;e are often short but may not be handicapped.....Seems you owe us some recompense for MY very sleepless night...

The rooms were nice with a lot of little extras that you don’t get and some of the basic chain hotels. We had a track view which was fun. The casino is at the opposite end of the hotel.

not as quiet as some other hotels, the walls are a little thin. We could hear the here the guests above us considering the hotel was not at capacity, it would have nice to spread the guests out so there aren’t on top of each other.
