Super friendly and professional staff. Everybody went above and beyond expectations. Room was extremely clean. Free breakfast was exactly what you would expect at a hotel. Food was all held at proper temperature and the staff kept it extremely clean so no complaints.

I stayed in room 212 on the second floor. Carpet was very damp. Room was not above the pool. Left the bathroom fan and AC fan running to try and dry it out. By the fourth day all of our clothes and bedding felt damp too. I noticed other people complaining about this in reviews. I think this hotel has serious ventilation issues. Pool was very dirty. It was a hot weekend and it’s a small pool so there were a lot of people in it throughout the day. Not really any way to fix it, but I heard multiple other people complaining about how nasty it was so I figured I’d mention it. it’s hard to complain about a free amenity.

This is the second time in less than a week we chose to stay at a La Quinta. Both stays were amazing and I will now look for La Quinta's when we travel for leisure. Breakfast was delicious and great variety. Both hot food, cereals, fruit, breads, tea, coffee, juices, meats. The staff was constantly wiping down counters and refilling items. Room and facility very clean and staff very friendly. Parking was a plus and hotel right off the highway. Price was the best of any of the nearby hotels. Will continue to look for La Quita's when we travel

How clean everything was from the minute we walked in the door.

We were staying 2 nights. The day after our first night stay while we were gone, the cleaning staff came into our room and cleaned and made the beds; this would have been fine but they picked up my daughter's stuff and put it back in her bag to make the bed. This disturbs me because what if we had money and other items of value in the room. Who knows if they went through our bags or not.

Check in was great! I booked thru booking.com and arrived about 30 minutes later at around 10pm on 10/2/22. My reservation was ready for me and the price had no surprises. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I think her name is Lisa. I felt very safe in this La Quinta both in the hotel and parking my pickup in the lot out front. The room was very, very clean and new looking. This is the best of this chain that I have stayed in. I really like the La Quinta brand and they are pet friendly when I have traveled with my cats. The price and value are usually excellent. I didn’t have the full breakfast but the coffee is very good and I like the takeaway options of fruit and yogurt.

No complaints at all. And I can usually find something that is a bit in need of improvement. I was only there to sleep one night but I will probably stay again on my way back though the area in a couple of weeks.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. It is located right off the highway, but has minimal highway noise heard from inside which is really nice. The woman that checked us in was a sweetheart. The 24 hour coffee was good and the little market that they have definitely came in handy.

The staff was absolutely fantastic during our stay except for the older woman that was on the evening shift. I asked her for extra pillows and towels and she put up a fight with me just to get it and then didn’t even put the pillow cases on the pillows for us. She was incredibly rude the entire time we were there to everyone and didn’t seem to have very good customer service skills. The pillows for the rooms were also really flat, which is why we asked for extra. ((all of these were minor details that did not make our stay as a whole unpleasant, just thought they were notable))

Great location, impeccably clean, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Even arranged to let me check in a little early when I asked which was fantastically helpful.

Bathrooms could use a refresh. small issue in the scheme of things though

the property is so clean. drinkable water and coffee is always ready to drink. they provide breakfast and the pool was great for the kids. hotel room was comfortable, clean and enough to stay. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to stay this please. Maria and other staff are very helpful and friendly. they are willing to help and do whatever you needed.

Reasonable price. Staff was very nice and gave good recommendations on where to eat. Bed was comfortable with nice television.

The floor was damp when we came in…. The room smelled musty as did the halls. But after running the air on high for an hour- the floor was fine and no smell. I think they just need to keep air moving in the summer months.

The pool was a perfect size except for it wasn’t heated but it wasn’t bad temperature but when there’s a lot of children they tend to chase adults away with their splashing and screaming perhaps a Hotel can have an adult only hour or two or only adults are in as some adults come to swim for therapy a little discerning the trash cans in the rooms could be a little bigger and the breakfast area was OK just OK the juice was way too sweet it was too concentrated the orange juice and the syrup was too thick to go through the Spicket that they had at it as it was not real maple syrup if it was real maple syrup it would’ve went through the Spicket very difficult to get not much choices as far as bagels or bread

The breakfast both days was the exact same thing. A little variety goes a long way. Also didn't like the fact that a large group of people were allowed to gather and drink and take up parking spaces with chairs and an open fire like they were at a campground making smores and noise. While another group gathered in the breakfast area which was on the other side of the wall from our room drinking wine.
