The room is small, but offers all one needs, a modern and clean bathroom and a good bed. The staff is very friendly and always available and helpful. The neighborhood is perhaps not so much for the tourists who need this "100% secure feeling" whatever this is; one has to walk from the nearest metro stop for about 8 - 10 minutes to the hotel, and the neighborhood is in one of the largest public housing areas in NYC. Yet, we always felt safe and had no problems.

There is no restaurant and no breakfast in the hotel. Unfortunately, one will not find something like this in the neighborhood. Across the street is a store that sells coffee.

The building itself is nice a d clean. Although the room was tiny, it had everything g I needed in it. Except a blow dryer. Staff was cool. My toilet wouldn't flush when I got there but they were quick to fix the issue. Quiet stay for just one night. Lots to eat in the neighborhood amd it's a 10 mins walk from Rockaway Station. Just after dark it was a little sketchy.

The location was a little sketchy. Not even coffee for free in the morning.

i had a 2 day stay. I left and came back I REALLY REALLY needed to p. the cold air activated hyper mode! concentrating hard. door elevator 3rd floor. wiggle walk to my room. key didn’t work. I calmed down prayed for strength n got a new key. besides that I enjoyed my stay. p. s my remote didn’t work

There are a lot of convenient stores and restaurants around it, like a dollar tree. Its a cozy place for the most part. Excellent price.

There were small roaches, the cleaning staff didn’t clean our room in between days. The room was small and the shower isn’t strong enough. But it’s doable for the price.

While I was sleeping inside, the hotel clerk opened the door and came in. When he saw me, he came out. I told the other officer but they delayed it only by apologizing.

I really enjoyed my time at this place, and the city in general. I started to really enjoy my morning walk up to the subway

i liked how clean the room was. The bathroom was nice and the windows in the room were big.

I did not like that the lobby was not set up. I was waiting for my check in and I had to leave the hotel to wait and sit somewhere.

There was not any… very disappointed … you should make arrangements for guests to get breakfast in another place if your not providing breakfast.. disappointing
