clean sheets

we had a bit of incident with receptionist when we arrived. I was preparing for conference and I needed to study. when requesting for a room away from the front of hotel where the noise from subway is very powerful, I have been told that all the rooms on the back of the hotel are occupied. eventually one room on the main floor has been available. secondly the cleaning staff came in the room despite request not to disturb me. the door knob tags with do not disturb were missing from the room. and not the last thing. on the last day, in the morning we went out for breakfast , when we came back at 10:00 am, surprise, our room keycard did not work anymore.

Staff was very helpful. Parking available in rear for a reasonable fee. 24 hour front desk. Comfortable beds. Great location, not far from Barclay center and the malls on Atlantic Ave. The place was very clean - this is hard to find in Brooklyn.

It is smaller than the usual Best Western, but this is Brooklyn, so everything is a little more compact. Parking is a tight fit, but if you can't handle that, you should perhaps reconsider driving in New York. There is a subway high rail just in front, but we found the soundproofing adequate that it was not at all disruptive. All things considered, no complaints, this was an excellent value.

The breakfast was fantastic Continental Breakfast choices had an impressive variety. The Staff was professional and courteous. The area was clean except the floor was sticky & squeaky and needed a thorough mopping. It was nice to have parking available.

The cafeteria floor needed a real mopping. We had trouble operating the remote fir the TV (not intuitive) and the TV channels were limited. We had trouble manipulating the AC to our comfort. Either too cold or warm. There was loud music for 2 nights.

Location was good. Hotel nice & clean. Ladies at the front desk were extremely nice. Breakfast was decent. Room was really nice & neat.

Upon checking in I was told I would automatically receive my deposit back upon checking out. Not true! I was told upon checking out that I would have to wait 3-5 business days. The lady assured me that she spoke to the GM and supposedly adjusted to get my deposit back asap and sorry for the inconvenience.. and that the lady from the night before was new and definitely made a huge mistake in telling me I would receive my deposit upon checking out. I haven't received my deposit yet!

The hotel was good globally. The room and the bedroom too little and mostly the train nose very strong. But for the location , the visit of new york , the breakfast it was perfect. The guys working in the hotel very friendy. I advice. Claude

The staff was very professional, even the room service was very helpful and quick at supplying extra towels , they were all very amazing. The breakfast eating area was very clean and well kept. My kids loved the breakfast, especially the pancake maker 😊 they’re already asking me to return. Thank you so much.

1. Easy access to bus and train. 2. Convenient stores around. 3. Breakfast options. 4. Ice machine, and drinks machine. 5. Towels 6. Security box 7. Refrigerator 8. Microwave, and complimentary tea, and others. 9. Personnel to front desk were very attentive

1. I believe rug in rooms can be change or get a deep cleaning. 2. Air fresh in room would be great 3. Guards could be more welcoming

Brooklyn is a very busy city with little parking. The hotel had parking that was great. We could come and go as we needed. The train was close to the hotel also. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful

Noise from the train was unexpected. It took a while to get to sleep, but we got use to the noise.

The staff was amazing and friendly. Anything we asked were dealt with very quickly. The breakfast was also very nice.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable. I have a neck problem and I would've liked some better pillows with better support.

The front desk staff were so incredibly helpful and kind! We appreciated the affordable, secured parking. Breakfast was great!

The room we had was pretty small for two beds, the the carpets needed to be cleaned.
