I was looking for a clean, comfortable stay that was in a specific area of Bushwick, and this turned out to be perfect. It was very new, clean, comfortable, and had a great staff. I enjoyed the breakfast -- and especially the free coffee. The breakfast is nothing fancy or exotic, but it was fresh, hot and came with the room, so it was perfect for me. Although I was not traveling on business, I needed somewhere to work remotely for a little while, and I was able to work from the lobby after I checked out. This was a perfect stay for my needs.

This was not a big deal for me, but might be for others. This hotel is very convenient to the subway, so much so that the train went right by my window! I thought it was kind of funny, and since I was there for one night, and got there very late, sleeping so close to the train going by didn't bother me, I thought it was kind of fun, actually. If the window would open, I could throw a football and hit the train as it went past, it was that close. So if train noise would bother you, I suggest requesting a room on the other side of the hotel (the train goes by the front).

Staff was nice and helpful, room was a good size and the beds were extremely comfy. Good breakfast and good location! Good value for money!

The room cleaning service was a bit on and off. Certain days was great some others not great at all. We stayed for a week. When we first got the room it was very clean though! The hotel is right next to the subway. We weren't bothered and we could sleep through it, noise could have been much worse considering how close it was, windows are good, but it was a little noisy anyway, so probably not great for light sleepers (rooms on the other side of the hotel might be better though). Breakfast was good but everything is disposable (plates cutlery etc) and not great for the environment!

I love this place. I've been here I think three times. The first time a staff member named Zaynah was extremely helpful. I had issues connected to the internet and she remained steadfast connecting meet with the tech team to help to get the issue resolved and she even accommodate in my stay with perks. I believe she deserves a raise personally. My next time there I was also greeted by Zaynah another staff by the name of destiny who said that I was the guest of the day which was excellent. Let me take items out of the fridge which was definitely needed cuz I was on my way to the store and made me feel super welcome. I will continue to come to this place as long as they continue to keep and hire staff of this quality.

The location is perfect for a visit to the Bushwick area. Located right near the subway into Manhattan. A very new hotel, it is modern. Rates were good for the dates we were there.

They have a bit of work to do on making sure everything is right. The bed wasn’t made right, there wasn’t enough toilet paper, extra towels or cups. We asked for those things and they brought them right away. The in room thermostat wasn’t working but the staff can adjust the temperature so be sure to ask if the temperature isn’t comfortable. Just a note that in one of the rooms down the hall the smell of marijuana was very strong even though it is a non-smoking hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was convenient to public transportation which made it easy to get where I needed to go. I tried to extend my stay, unfortunately, there was no availability. The free breakfast is really a great touch to the start of your day. The staff was helpful, although I feel they could appear more welcoming.

I think it's time to renovate the bathrooms--they are beginning to show signs of wear and tear. This is just based on my experience in one room.

The location was perfect being by stores and the train and also a good price. I was on the 1st floor which was fine even though it can get noisy outside but that’s nyc for you but you couldn’t hear anything which was great. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. The window wouldn’t shut all the way so there was a draft of coldness coming in but maintenance came and checked it out for us he was cool and just nice about it and made sure we were ok before he left.

The location was convenient and it is very neat. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Rosa was exceptional! just observing her see is hard working and always ensuring that there was adequate breakfast. Exceptional staff!

Noise from the trains but it was bearable and got used to it after the second night . Also didn’t like the fact that my room was not cleaned every day so I made it my duty to empty out the garbage. Also there was not always enough bags to place in the trash bin.

The complimentary hot breakfast overall was good and even though I came to eat at 9am, there were still plenty of options still to choose from.

The train noise was still heard from my room in the back of the hotel. The cinnamon roll that sat under the warmer was not fresh or edible, it was stale. The oatmeal didn’t stay fresh as well. There was not any option of non dairy milk at the breakfast station. I was surprised and disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy my breakfast cereal with either almond/soy/oat milk.

A very clean and friendly hotel if you are visiting Bushwick, Brooklyn or Ridgewood, Queens. So it works well for me, since my daughters live in those neighborhoods.

Noise from outside works its way into the rooms. The hotel in on an avenue that has the elevated train right overhead. Some streets nearby are nice, but some are not great.

The staff were very friendly and would go out of their way to meet your needs. Shavika Wong deserves a special mention. She was extremely helpful. The breakfast ladies were excellent too. You can take coffee and breakfast back to your room too.

As per previous reviews the big problem in this hotel is the noise from the trains as the subway line passes directly in front of the hotel. Be prepared with a good pair of ear buds. If not for this I would have given 10/10 to his hotel. The neighbourhoud is a little run down but as it was a main road it was never lonely to walk especially when we came back late in the evenings.
