Smell of smoke within the hotel that lingered into our room, spoons for coffee cups, no drinks in vending machines.

Overall satisfaction was great. Room was clean , quite & staff was polite and made sure I had everything I needed during my welcome stay included Extra towels if needed. Hallways was very clean ,smelled amazing. This is my favorite hotel to come to when I'm on vacation are just In the area with my spouse & business runs. Been here plenty of times & will always choose this hotel & location due to friendly staff & how clean they keep the place..

Didn't like that they don't have a microwave in the rooms, curtains rod hooks wasn't staying on the window properly it was very frustrating at first..

Room size & comfortability of the bed. Two dressers to fit your clothes and belongings what's a plus. closet decent size , very quiet but depending on if somebody's playing loud music in the parking lot. House keeping and staff was amazing , they always made sure you have enough towels and wash supplies Very polite and generous. Hallways are very clean & smell great !! 😃

Don't like that the microwave is downstairs, you have to keep continue to keep leaving your room to heat up your food. Bathroom tub could use a little bit of better cleaning around the edges of shower, could use a hand towel holder in the bathroom as well.

Front desk area looked amazing, rooms was good and decent. Space size of room was pretty big. Bathroom size decent, beds was comfortable and sheets was cleaned very well & very quite and peaceful ☺️.staff was polite and took care of my issued I had with my check in. Overall everything was great & spa bath was something special & amazing. Laundry room in the room was a must and it worked great , bathroom size had two sinks & a shoer ☺️

Bathroom shower drainer was clogged including sink. Small leak in the ceiling.Curtains rods was broken when I arrived, Had to switch to 2 different room during check In. During my suite's juice strains in the kicken area, lil bit food stains on the floor and wall area in the dinning room. Rugs smell like they needed to be shampooed including the sofa sectional bed on the living room.

Breakfast is no good , there is no free breakfast , cold frozen bagels in the bags on counter with a bowl of butter and cream cheese. Like you are feeding dogs. Everyone act as though the not speak or understand English , but heard housekeeping saying on the phone , that the guess leave air-condition on . We have that right , when we get back room nust be cool. What he need to do is wipe down all the furniture that have cup and tea stains . I had to wipe every surface down , housekeeping is very bad. When you report a problem not one addresses it. Soon no one will choose this hotel . If you want to stay in business make those improvements

The room was nice size. Cleaner than most hotel rooms. Staff was super friendly. Price seemed fair.

For the price you would think they would have continental breakfast. I saw a toaster and coffee pot in the corner of the lobby but nothing was said about it and there was nothing offered out there when we left in the morning.

We were very surprised about the size of the room. It was so comfortable and we had more than enough room. I will definitely be coming back to stay. The food at sevens is absolutely amazing and very well priced. The staff for the hotel and restaurant were very friendly. The salt water pool was very nice but the jetted tub in the room was perfect

The only real issue we had was there was only one Roku for two tvs if that was fixed I would say there was nothing I didn't like.

Very clean, had room service till 12 am, in an area with so many restaurants (+target, market 32, walgreens, and cvs). The suite we stayed In was so spacious and comfortable, we visited with a 10 months old so that was amazing. Its was overall very accommodating and will definitely be going back

The only thing that was that there was a small crack I’m the bedroom ceiling which water occasionally leaked out.

There was a gentleman who worked there he was the nicest soft spoken sweetheart and made sure my stay was perfection. He said people think he's the manager and I can surely understand why, he's highly attentive well spoken and makes sure your comfortable. He deserves that spot. There was a holiday event at the hotel however; he invited both me and my son to enjoy in the festivities and the food was amazing! I can't even put into words the quality of my room, spacious, spa tub divine and overall just a homey vibe my son loved it. Peace and quiet at its finest, we will be back for sure. The staff were very nice and accommodating and my stay was beyond pleasant!

This is a newer hotel, with a very attractive lobby and a lovely clean room, large and nicely furnished. It accepted our pet with no extra charges which is becoming rare these days. The bed was lush and comfortable, and there were a desk, a chaise, and an armchair, still with plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair and a dog. The bathroom had a wide door, plenty of space, and multiple grab bars on the shower/tub combination. There are plenty of grassy areas in which to walk a pet and two restaurants next door.

The room was graded ADA accessible. However there was a tub with no bench, or even better, a roll-in shower for my wheelchair-bound husband. Also, there was no designated pet area outside, and no place to put bags of doggie-doo. A small point but would be a nice addition. The breakfast was a bit disappointing since there was no staff member onsite when we arrived, and we had to go to the main desk to request more milk for cereal. The selection included no hot foods other than instant oatmeal packages. (A staff member showed up later.) I'd encourage the hotel to install door openers at the main entrance for their disabled guests.
