Very clean. Great breakfast. Staff were very friendly.

I wish it could be a little cheaper in price but Saratoga Springs area has very expensive everything. It was the best price I could find. One suggestion: put more signs pointing to where the hotel in because once you turn into the area the only sign is in front of a bank like building. If we didn’t keep driving around, we wouldn’t of known it was all the way in the back.

The breakfast staff were incredible. The women working were bending over backwards to help everyone. The front desk crew gave us a great lunch recommendation when we arrived. Very early this morning I was hoping to take a swim and the staff was happy to open it up a few minutes early. Very kind.

I have to really think of something I didn't like. The water pressure in the shower is really low.

Room was clean and neat. The bed was comfy and everything looked spotless. Lots of lighting options in the room. I'd definitely stay there again! I'm diabetic and there were enough options get a good breakfast.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the shower water pressure was very low and wasn't very hot.

From the professionalism and friendliness of the front desk hosts, to the kindness and outgoing kitchen and cleaning services staff, the Fairfield Inn and suites in Malta N.Y. Is the ONLY place we will stay when visiting Saratoga N.Y. Excellent job to all.

More seating is needed in the dining area. This morning for the first time ever in 9 years my wife and I were unable to enjoy the morning breakfast that is available to guests, We were able to grab a coffee to go but we really look forward to the morning breakfast service , but in this case no seating inside or out was available.

The breakfast was great, plenty of variety. We loved the indoor whirlpool, very relaxing and unexpected!

We had to change our room when one TV in sofa area wasnt working, but they got us a similar room on the 2nd floor, so it was a quick transfer of our luggage. They were very quick to respond and helped us immediately.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. I really did not spend a lot of time exploring but it was enjoyable to just be away. A lot of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. I was told that breakfast spread looked good.

It was a little confusing on the road, it was a bit farther back than I thought as there was a large building in front of it that I think was owned by the hotel. I was a bit surprised as the inside of the hotel was under construction, which was not a big deal. There was breakfast included but I am not big on breakfast so did not try it.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub are always a treat. Lots of choices for breakfast and plenty of local places if you are looking for something else. Looking forward to the next time we stay there.

We stopped off to see the horse races on our way to lake george for our 40 anniversary. Everyone was great on the staff and the hotel was very clean.

Rate, wow, the horse races put the rate much higher than I would have expected.

The breakfast was okay… assuming because of Covid you didn’t have more of a variety. The staff was excellent. Robin was awesome, very personable and helpful. Will definitely stay there again,

There was a large frozen snow mound in the 2nd parking lot that was very dangerous to climb over. There should have been a walkway. They did explain afterwards that there was parking all around the building, however I prefer to park in front.
