Great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and a Tops grocery store across the street. We went with our 2 year old. Parked the car and strolled up and down their small stip for our relaxing 2 night stay. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They offered plenty of towels in the pool area. Breakfast included was great! They had tons to choose from. Including a waffle maker. They have a secluded patio kiddy corrnered off the pool and breakfast area. It was truly wonderful. So private. You feel like you're in the trees.

They only offer room cleaning services if you stay 4+ nights. It's apparently a Wyndham rule. It's not a huge deal/deal breaker, but it's good to know. I personally always like coming back to a clean room. I don't have to clean up myself while on vacation (spoiled). But again, it's not a huge deal. Just keep that in mind. Took me just a few minutes to tiddy up myself. Enjoyed their local music festival. Bring a cooler with some drinks/snacks and a blanket/chairs. If you're in town for the music festival. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were bigger than expected which was great. The beds were super comfortable. They were able to provide us with adjoining rooms so that was a bonus.

The air conditioning in one room did not work and once reported they had no one available to fix it. It was also very humid and warm during our stay so sleeping was rough in one room. The coffee provided at breakfast was horrible as was the orange juice which must have been Tang.

Location, comfie spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, nice blackout curtains, quiet, indoor pool, good breakfast, nice workout equipment,and pretty foyer lounge. Decorated nicely for Christmas.

Check in woman was not very pleasant or helpful. Asked if we could check in early or leave our belongings. She said no and stated, "Where do you think you could put your luggage next to my feet?" My husband and son commented that she must hate her job or life, so we tried to shower her with kindness. Too bad that is your first impression of the hotel.

Friendly staff, free breakfast, hot tub open till midnight, 5 minutes away from Holiday Valley. Room and bathroom were very spacious as well. Great view of the slopes and river

Room was mostly clean but there were stains on the bed skirts and furniture and what appeared to be mold growing in the corner of the bathtub. Also, the wall paper was peeling off all 4 walls

The rooms are huge, with 2 queen beds. Beds are comfi. Location is good, but any hotel in this village would have been good, as it is so small. Ellicottville is a very charming village, with lovely shops and restaurants.

Check in was very slow, WiFi was very slow, and breakfast very minimal. No fresh bread or fresh anything. The rooms are outdated, real 70-ies. Windows cannot open

Th breakfast was OK. Nothing more than other hotels I've stayed at over the past several years.

There was fruit that was obviously going bad on the breakfast bar. I was quite surprised that the hotel would put out rotting fruit!

Breakfast was good with lots of options for a lobby self serve setup. Pool and hot tub small but indoor and nice for a quick splash. Located in the center of town, just minutes by car from the ski resorts

It’s a nice place to stay when in western NY with big, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was actually quite impressive for a hotel of this style.

Desperately needed a place to stay, Wingate only place with vacancies.

Had to take a smoking room. I cannot believe in this day and age that hotels still allow smoking inside room
