It was clean and the location was great for our trip.

Checked in early at around 11am and there was a room available but on the second floor and we wanted a ground floor room so we were told there would be one ready at regular check in time which was 3pm however when we returned at 3pm there was not a ground floor room ready and we had to come back later to check in.. that was an inconvenience at that point as we were only there for 2 days. I believe a discount should have been given!

Ok location fine, fruit could have been fresher, a Thomas muffin would have been nice,sturdier plastic knife and spoon,if no muffin how about a danish

Tv remote. Should have instruction in room.with eye problem could not see well remote instruction to small.instruction to read definitely would help

The breakfast was ok, regular stuff, nothing special. Muffins were stale, and the toaster didnt work very well.

when we got to the hotel, the staff were outside smoking right by the sign that said you couldnt smoke that close to the building. It doesnt look very good for a hotel to have customers see that.

This hotel is located just off the highway. The staff were very nice. The hotel was very clean. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a fridge and microwave included. WiFi was very good. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast the next morning was very good, eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Great place to stay for a night and the rates are excellent. Would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was ample and good. Location was right off highway. Very clean and quiet. A lot of effort is being put in to update/ renovate.

This isn't per say on the hotel but Bradford is a very old town almost run down. Neighbourhood is right downtown off highway and at times made us feel a bit uneasy but we didn't have any issues or problems.

Nice, everything was very clean. They were able to accommodate my late check in time. King bed was very comfortable, really appreciated after a very long drive.

Everything was very satisfactory. No complaints at all.

The hosts were fantastic the breakfast was great. Very clean awesome rooms I will stay here again I would recommend this hotel to anyone

The electronics like fridge in the room was making too much noise. Vendor machine was also broken

The hotel is really great. I'm surprised how clean it was. Covid breakfast was actually not that bad. It's not a "charity bag" like in the other hotels since March 2020. There was a choice of pre-packed food items, fruit, yogurts, hot waffles, etc.

The lady from the reception called my room at 8:15 and woke my family up before the alarm. I hate when people do that. It's just rude. My husband couldn't understand wth she wanted from him. When I opened the fridge I found out that nobody cleaned it. There were food leftovers. Gross.
