It was the most wonderful breakfast due to the lovely woman who greeted everyone and worked really hard to make sure each guest had what they needed. She helped me to have a happy start to my day. You have an amazing gem in her. She even brought bacon out to the dining area to someone who was waiting for it. I hope this fantastic employee is recognized and rewarded!! Thank you!

Not enough light in the foyer area of my room where the coffee set up was.

The rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very helpful and courteous!

The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. Discounts were given to people who booked directly with them but they couldn’t give them to third party bookings. The refrigerator wasn’t cold when we arrived in our room and I thought it was broken as well. I alerted staff that it wasn’t working and asked if we could put some things in their refrigerator. Turns out that it was cold by the next morning.

Easy check-in, great location across the street from a fun local bar. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Parking at the back of the hotel was a breeze, the back door was key accessed and right by the elevators. This made unloading luggage in a snowstorm much better.

Breakfast was cleaned up before 10 am when it was supposed to end. Got down there at 9:50 and settled for a bruised banana, dry box of cereal, and a cup of coffee. The coffee was good though. Small thing but when you are headed to go ski breakfast becomes a big deal.

We like staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels since they reliably offer a basic level of services - clean, in safe locations and usually have well trained staff. The hotel on Olean did not disappoint. We also like having an option to have breakfast - mostly for a quick access to coffee and maybe a pastry since most of the other options are not that palatable.

Poor choice of basic breakfast options.

The rooms were very clean and we loved loved the bed, it was very very comfortable. We were there just a short time for our son's orientation at St Bonaventure so we literally got there around 9: 00pm and left the next morning at 7:00.

I'm still waiting for a response on a military discount as I asked at check out but they said I had to check with booking.com and I've still not heard anything back.

The breakfast choices and food quality was awesome. The in room amenities were exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Elevator was out of service, however, we were notified well in advance of our visit and it didn't cause any problems. Would have like to have an option to purchase milk products in the beverage area.

Breakfast is great staff are great with one exception (occasionally),hotel is nice clean quiet and conveniently located

The internet, put simply its slow compared to what’s available in the area and there are no Ethernet ports available, it’s fine for streaming movies etc but if you are staying for extended periods and like to game etc be prepared to wait for downloads

An excellent accommodation! Everything was wonderful. Sparkling clean, large room and an excellent breakfast. I will definitely return... and I highly recommend staying here! 5 stars.

That I had to leave so soon!

i loved how the bacon had crispy on one side, and regular on the other...and the omelettes were perfectly portioned. Dave is great!! thanks to him, i had a relaxing and very enjoyable weekend! thank you so much...you are awesome!!

Everyone was very friendly, especially the woman making sure everyone had what they needed for the amazing complimentary breakfast! Not only the complimentary coffee, but the hot apple cider & hot chocolate was also very much appreciated. The light around the mirror in the bathroom was great! Loved the pool. Can’t wait to see the fire pit open!

I wish the side exit doors would allow for re-entry with your key card. Would make it easier if parked on the opposite side of the parking lot. Especially if arriving in the rain or with multiple items and want to be closer to your room and not walk further down a hall than necessary.
