The location The best thing of the hotel is the location. It is placed in the heart of Manhattan between the 5th and the 6th Avenue. The hotel The hotel will send you a link 1 day before your arrival and you will have to check-in in the hotel online. They will send you a code to enter in the hotel and another code for the room, so you will not find a person for the check-in. The hotel doesn’t have a lift, so if you have a lot of suitcases, it is not ideal! The cleaning service is not included, and they ask an extra 30 dollar for the cleaning if you request. There is a room where you can find the toilet paper, the shower tablecloths, soap and shampoo, so you can change the tablecloths every day without extra cost, and it is possible to borrow room and bathroom cleaning products if you do not want to pay the 30 dollars for the cleaning.

The room The room are small, and the only window can’t be opened. In the room I had a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a microwave, a fridge, and a machine to make American coffee. The bathroom had a shower. I thought that I booked a room with a private bathroom, but after I discovered that it was a share bathroom with another room :-(.

Location was great, close to several metro stations, in between Times Square and Downton, so it was very good to go around.

I didn’t read properly before booking it, so I didn’t realize the hotel does not have elevator, so going up and down by staircase (specially with the luggage) was a bit problematic as I was in the last floor (5th).

We love the Central location to theaters, Time Square and attractions. The room and Bath were clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room is very small with hardly any space for suitcases or to move around. We had to ask for towels and a pillow case, and the soap dispenser at the sink was empty. Also, on Saturday night there was a lot of noise in the hallway and in the courtyard below.

Low water pressure, no elevator

Perfect location in trendy Chelsea, tiny studios with fridge, microwave and coffee machine, some with private bathrooms, some with shared. The space is small, but hey, what more do you need when you're in Manhattan? Probably the best accommodation bargain in the city. Very cozy. Pros: Awesome location, very central, but quiet, super clean and comfortable, very friendly, helpful staff. nice hot showers, good selection on the TV if you're having a night in. Nice art on the walls. This became our NYC home for two weeks, and I can't wait to come back!

Cons: Rooms are SMALL, really small, but you won't care as it's New York, and you'll be out all the time. Who wants to stay in in NYC?! It's all self service, so you have to clean your own room, make your own bed if you're staying a while, but that's no biggie. Lot's of stairs, no lift, so we got a bit fitter. Wi-Fi was a bit hit-and-miss, but connection generally seems not so great in this part of town due to high buildings. Oh, and avoid room 102. We were put here on our first couple of nights, and it was freezing, with black bin bags taped over the window to try and reduce the draft, and a central heating noise that was so loud that I woke up and thought I was on a train. Radiator seemed to burst during the night. We were swiftly moved to another room, which was perfect.

convenient location both for its proximity to Irving Plaza and it being central to all destinations uptown and downtown. Though small, the room was clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and accommodating. really enjoyed the art along the walls in the hallways.

The room was a 4th floor walk-up. Not really a complaint, just if I had one far from positive thing to say about the overall experience, that would be it. I lived in a most times 5th floor walk up in East Village many years ago, so I know that just comes with the territory sometimes. on the plus side my legs and butt are looking great.

no luggage storage it’s supposed to be 100% smoke free, but it smelt like cannabis a lot of the time

Room: I like that the room is on the 1st floor because I have a big heavy suitcase. I received 2 codes upon checking in; one to get into the building and another one for the room where I stayed. The doorknob of the room was a bit wobbly, but it works well, secured. I am sure it has been fixed for the next guess! Location: I would give it a 100 for the walkable score. It depends on where you would want to go, but this is a good location in Chelsea. Bed: It is a bit too soft for my liking although I slept well during my stay They also have a small coffee maker, a fridge, and a microwave in the room. I didn't use any of those.

Nothing although it would be nice to have a couple of water bottles for the guest.

Check In was very easy and automated, the room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge, microwave, TV and coffee maker. There was enough storage for luggage and clothes. It was very easy to come and go at any time, and the location was walkable to many bars/restaurants, Union Square Park, and the subway.

The room was very small for 3/4 people but would have been fine for 2. It is a walk-up, so the stairs can be tiring if you go in and out a lot during the day.

the room had everything we needed, such as hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. clean room and soft towels should be mentioned. the rooms are totally new. a total value for money for nyc!

the bed was not so comfortable. also we couldn’t open the window easily. if someone needs total darkness to sleep, it is not possible 100% due to the blinds. not very well soundproofed. last but not least, no elevator available and no room service (only if you pay)
