Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was over the top! The room was clean and modern.I absolutely loved the shade in the windowThat was a picture of the New York skyline that blended in with the building next door so well that it looked like water. It looked real. I would love to know where I can have these shades made for my own home! I forgot to ask! I mentioned to family and friends at the function we attended that the hotel was a wonderful stayFor anyone visiting Staten Island.

The area that the hotel was in seemed a little sketchy.It was a little uncomfortable leaving my car in the parking lot where I couldn't see it. There were just a lot of people walking around past midnight Without any kind of Open business in sight. I like to get out and walk around a little bit and see the area, . but it was a little scary at this location, We Ordered a delivery from an extensive list of eateries. Therefore we didn't venture out.

First time to NYC. Drove up from DC. Chose this as it was a reasonably priced hotel option with two queen beds and free parking. It was 25 mins to the Staten Island Ferry terminal, which is free. Very happy with our choice.

When we were in downtown NYC, we were always an hour or so from the hotel. But we knew this ahead of time.

We checked in very late, but the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and understanding. The room was really clean, big and comfortable. And the breakfast spread was of the best we've had so far.

The location didn't seem too great, but we don't know the area at all, and our car was safe the next morning, so I guess it wasn't too bad.

I'm a frequent guest, I think you should have reduced rate programs for guests that stay w you several times a month/year. I pay the same amount as guests you will never see again. There is no incentive for me to continue to return. Your forcing me to look elsewhere for lodging.

The location was great for us not pretty but 50min from Manhattan .

The room was so nice and updated to our surprise ! we had two full bathrooms , one with a jacuzzi tub and a living room area. The jacuzzi tub fit two of us really well and the king bed was so comfortable we felt like king and queen on a budget . we were more than impressed for our 1 night stay !

Location - tucked away & cool. Newly constructed vicinity road. Staff were very professional, yet friendly. Missed my flight for first day and was discounted out of my final bill. Very considerate.

Location a bit far to walk to restaurants but a short drive to some U we XL ride will run in the $70 to $125 range depending on demand to and from EWR. As no hotel shuttle to EWR

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, including towards our service dog. And when I locked myself out of my room, they were prompt to help.

The breakfast choices for my vegan daughters were limited.

Very clean & quiet. Good size room with desk & refrigerator. Enjoyed the breakfast options.

Location wasn’t ideal but since I had a car, not that big of a deal. Parking on weekend nights were especially bad so had to park on the street instead of in the parking lot.
