I actually liked that the room was very TIDY and CLEAN, a little small, but for our purpose it was actually very good; also the staff members, front desk and other were very pleasant, accommodating and helpful.

what I did not like was NO (REGULAR/SMALLER) Bath face towels, they ONLY use the medium towels; In the bath those towels tend to hold a lot of water, very NON-PRACTICAL; also the Hotel is misusing a LOT OF WATER, THE hot WATER FOR THE BATH DOES NOT COME UP PROPERLY, I must have run at least 10 gallons per day, WASTED, just to bring up the hot water to take a shower, the Hotel should/needs to correct this problem, if you have other guest in the other rooms, they also have this problewm and that means a LOT OF WATER IS BEING WASTED, MISUSED, AND YOU'RE PAYING FOR THIS; however, the bathroom WAS very nice!!

Facility was nice staff was very helpful only problem I had was no parking and someone passed away in the room that they was given me and instead of them taking precautions until the room off and clean it they just tried to pass their room off not knowing if the person had told it or not I felt they should have contemplated them off and properly clean the room and sanitize it before they proceeded to give it to another customer other than that the room for us on a colony mess was a nine the staff was a amazing day very helpful but there was no parking there was no breakfast the Wi-Fi was good location was amazing it was convened between all the shopping malls the stores pharmacies everything you needed was all in one location within a 10-ft walker this is outside the facility everything you needed was within walking distance neighborhood was clean and safe located next to a police station plenty of transit

What I didn't like was that I part of my check-in someone had passed away on the location and instead of them selling off the room and sanitizing it because they did not know the person had covid or not they just continue to pass the room off to the next customer which was not good also there's no parking is very minimum three cars the most that you can park on the location

The hotel was clean. It smelled and appeared clean when you walked in. The price was affordable. The hotel is not overpriced. The area is nice. There are places to eat nearby. I felt safe.

The noise coming from the street was loud at all hours. It is across from an apartment complex and cannot be helped.

Everything very clean. The room very clean and very nice. Excellent conditions.

With the property I have no complaints. unfortunately the surroundings, which are the responsibility of the city and not the hotel, was very neglected.

there’s no parking, my boyfriend and I drove around from 11:30-12am trying to to find a spot and had to park a block away from the hotel.

No parking. Really difficult to find parking spots on all the street around, please think about making a little space for customers parking at the back of the hotel

the place was amazing the rooms was comfortable and clean the prices aren’t bad at all very affordable the staff was polite and helpful I would definitely come back again for another stay.

There was a.c in the room , bed was very comfortable , the room was nice and the bathroom had hot water . Thick towels and it has a fridge . The t.v had some good channels not all was working though

The floor was slippery , room a little small, the walls next to the bed had like juice stains and what looked to be ketchup.

Its a pretty nice, clean hotel. I would stay again, but ask about parking before i go.

This hotel needs parking. Some type of shuttle to a garage or something. Please consider parking. Its essential for guests. Invest in your business.
