That the staff is always courteous,the location an the beds were very comfortable.

Looks like already they letting the hotel go to hell. First visit everything was pristine. Second visit saw signs of things going down hill. Last visit garbage in elevator,dirty towels left out in hallway and my room was a little ransacked. Holes in wall, cigarette burns in blanket. If upkeep is better this is good hotel in a area near transportation and mall an the staff is always nice

Room was spacious. I really liked that there was a shower-bathtub combination instead of a small shower cabin. There was personell at the reception 24/7 and they were very friendly and helpful.

I think the carpet in the hallway could use an update.

I like the location and room was comfortable

The Hotel is not been kept up well. Third time i have been there an each time its getting worse. You see shady people coming in an out and the place is not been run properly. It's a nice hotel in a good location but seemingly the owners don't really care about it.

The breakfast is amazing and the staff are really kind.

Two separate room had a roach in each room. The first room I acted blind because it can come with a person that is booking the room. But the second room I saw an adult roach. So I’m telling you now cause 😩

The location was great, the staff was very helpful.

I had to switch rooms because the first room I had (107) had 2 humongous cockroaches in it.

Room size, bed and bathroom

The outside hallway rug was old and dirty. Also everytime they did room service the room key didn't worked.

Everything was clean and up to date. 1 block away from the Bronx Terminal which has all sorts of stores.

A but pricey and for some reason they didn’t have breakfast “possibly cause of the pandemic”. I also had noisy neighbors. Butt overall it was a good stay. 9/10

From the recepcionst to house keeper all the staff was so professioanal and helpfull. Room had good space and very big size TV. Also you can catch good price from booking.com . Not a five star hotel but I can say it's best in Bronx.

Area was not so safe but if you use back street will not be big trouble

location & parking in front of hotel. I loved the tv and how it can move on the wall and change angles. pretty cool. & nice wall paper on the walls.

2:00 am nonstop fighting in the hall, loud and waking everyone on the floor
