Residence Inn by Marriott Yonkers Westchester County

The hotel was clean and spacious. The location was great. The accommodation was value for money. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my family and friends.

The payment settlement system employed by the hotel caused a bit of confusion and was quite frustrating for me. However, the team was very accommodating in resolving the issues experienced.

The staff in all areas was friendly. The room was very clean and modern and it had all the safety alarms in place. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are amazing. Kudos for that! Having restaurants within walking distance was really good. Close to the highway. Very good Location. I felt safe in the hotel and the neighborhood.

Breakfast was ok. It did not offer many hot options but enjoyed the homemade waffles.

Very comfortable with large rooms. Ideal for longer stays since the rooms include a kitchen. Good location for sights such as the Bronx Zoo.

We had reserved a two bedroom suite. When we arrived we were told the room wasn't available because they oversold. They gave us two junior suites instead for the same price which was ok but couldn't keep the family together as intended. The problem was splitting up a family of 5 (3 kids) to fit everyone.

very clean. great location. staff was fantastic and helpful.

the breakfast was limited and could have had more options. same every day. it was very loud in the hallways with doors slamming and people talking all hours of the night. could smell the cooking from other people in the middle of the night.

The front desk assistant was amazing, goes above and beyond. The breakfast was great also the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our sink was a bit clogged, not a major issue and the wifi was a bit slow but it happens when it's alot of people using it.

The property was super super clean, I loved the rooms I loved the place. Staff were so nice and helpful during the stay.

Front desk wasn’t answering the phone when I was calling trying to get trash bags, I had to walk back and forth downstairs to ask questions. When I finally got an answer I asked for trash bags and never got them so we had to use those small trash bags they had in the rooms which didn’t fit most of our garbage.

Everything was clean and operational.

The front desk receptionist was not very welcoming upon check in. I inquired about rooms and the response was "idk I just work at the front desk" . Maybe some training on how to respond to customers may help. For example. Im unaware of specifics regarding room however I can find out

It was pretty much clean, no issues there. I loved that the room had a full sized fridge, mini stove and mini dishwasher, and a full sized microwave. That was about the best part.

Check in took way too long, the pull out bed was as thin as a sheet of paper. I would’ve been better off sleeping on the springs. Then it had no linen on it and there was no linen in the room for it. I called front desk, nobody brought anything. I called again about 4 am when I could barely stand and the front desk lady brought everything and it smelled nice so I appreciated that. The pull out bed was the only real issue I had other than that I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfy. The staff was very friendly and helped you out when needed. I will be coming back to this property, and it is definitely a 4 ⭐️ hotel

Few options and never had orange juice for more than 2 weeks. Many times didn't have yogurt, or milk for the kids. It ends always.

There is no quite room for work. Like a small one person call room, would be great.
