I found everyone friendly and the facility clean and seemed well maintained.

When my husband entered the lobby to check in the person on duty was talking to someone. After waiting several minutes he found out it was a casual non business conversation. The person on duty also told my brother the lobby bathroom was broken. My brother being a 67 y\o man needed to go after being in the car several hours and the check in was talking way to long considering we had reservations. Again the guy at the desk was highly unprofessional and almost made an old man soil himself. Not right!

The location was very good.

The hallways smelled of marijuana…weed! The staff was very unprofessionally dressed. Never have I stay at a hotel where the staff didn’t have the appropriate shirts that represented the brand and NEVER have I stayed at a hotel where the staff dressed in ripped up jeans, half tops showing their stomachs and letting friends just hang out. One staff member had on a wet t-shirts (showing inappropriate breast )and bikini bottoms. Not professional at all. They were friendly.

All the staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the 24 hour coffee was very nice. Also the refrigerator and microwave in the room was a nice feature. My room, the reception area and the breakfast room were all kept very clean.

This is an older motel and has changed its name 2 or 3 times in 4 years. Ice machines haven't worked well for 2 years. I visit EC 2x a year. Beds are a bit soft and maybe little lumpy. Had to unplug the alarm clock as it had a nasty habit of buzzing every now and then (I did not notify anyone). None of my criticism is of the staff as not one of these problems are their responsibility.

Staff at check in was absolutely wonderful.

Smoke detector wasn't attached, found under the sink. Shampoo bottle and conditioner were half full, were previously used. Only 2 towels. No cups for in room coffee. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs super salty and had completely dried out. No butter or jelly for toast. It was not being refilled and it was only 8am.

The rates are always good in our opinion. The hotel always looks clean and the breakfast is great.

We really don't like having to wait to check in after long drive. There is different staff and they aren't all cordial, too preoccupied during check in. We also don't like the door for adjoining rooms. When we first started staying there things were much better, now I feel like we get thrown into any room because we aren't local guest.

The front desk staff were very polite and gave us needed information about breakfast, coffee, and facilities. The room was clean and complimentary soap was available. There were plenty of clean towels. The room was cool and easy to adjust in both areas. Wifi was easy to get going and the TVs were just the right size with cable provided.

Staff was very friendly upon checking in and checking out. Breakfast offered had a nice selection and area was clean.

Room cleanliness was a little lacking. You could tell the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, crumbs between beds under nightstand and dust in the corner behind the door in the bathroom. The shower curtain had a sour smell and could stand to be washed.

Staff was friendly. The place was clean. Rooms updated. Plenty of parking. There was breakfast but I didn't eat due to early check out. Overall very quiet and peaceful place

The kids that hung out in the parking lot at night smoking marijuana. That's not the hotels fault just kids seem to gravitate to hotels and want to participate in illegal substances.

Really like my suite. Surprised at the room size. The staff on duty at time of My check in, on Wednesday the 13th. Very friendly and helpful. the breakfast staff on Wednesday through Friday.

No separate switch in bathroom for light and exhaust fan. Ironing board wouldn’t stay locked in place. Iron bottom needs cleaning or replacement. Unable to use discounts, I.e., military. Senior discount, AAA, etc.

The set-up of the suite; the breakfast offerings; the comfy beds; and the awesome staff.

The lights in the elevator were 75% burned out. The air conditioning in the bedroom part of the suite worked, but the fan was stuck on LOW. There was duct tape over the carpet seam between the two rooms.
