The Wi-Fi and internet for TV and devices could have been better for those rainy days. And, had one day the pool closed due to rain, but we called and asked about 10 times to open up be cause it was not lightning out and it was out last day. They finally came and opened it up. The two people that helped the most and most friendly were the older maintenance fella and the lady that has been there for 3 years and was a social worker before. They need a raise. Working 10 peoples job I think!

it was very clean has everything you need to enjoy your stay map and all information provided for you nice, big pull plus a kiddie pull lots of activities for the family on the grounds easy beach access loved having our own porch/patio

the only thing I didn’t really like was the parking. I believe it would be better to maybe look into have dedicated parking for each rental. if you come back late, you may have to park down the road from your rental because your lot will be full.

The room was gorgeous and updated. Comfortable beds, convenient location to restaurants and access to the beach. The pool stays open late and our kids loved swimming at night, they even had a movie on a projector for the kids to watch while swimming that evening.

Room had a bit of a musty air conditioning smell, but nothing too terrible. The TV in the living area did not work and that was a bit disappointing, but we were out exploring so much that it didn't bother us enough to report it to the resort, I just mentioned it when we checked out

It was quaint and easy to navigate. I liked having a shared washer/dryer.

Features in the room are slightly out dated. (The 3rd floor was tough with 2 toddlers, but the view once we got there was great!) We would have very much enjoyed the playground. That was one of the features we were looking for when we booked.

The renovations and closeness to the beach

The indoor was not opened, even those an email was sent out before our arrival stating construction on the indoor would be completed fall 2022.

We love everything of this gated resort. The room is very spacious and clean, and has everything we need. It has a private beach we went to watch the gorgeous sunrise in the early morning. The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes ride to Duck Town Park where we enjoy walking, dining and watch sun set. We are sure we’ll come back.

some furniture/fixtures in our unit really need to be updated. mainly just the couch and cabinets. couch was really old and cabinets were chipping on the edges. but all in all really clean and comfy

There was no breakfast.

On the porch someone had left a newspaper on the floor that had gotten wet and stuck to the floor in many little pieces. It took us a long while to scrape up all the pieces and clean it up.

The property was beautiful ocean all around. The outdoor pool was great. The resort offered activities which we’re nice. The apartment was beautiful and the view from the windows gorgeous. The apartment kitchen was stocked with dishes and the washer and dryer was a lifesaver. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

The beds were abit hard. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom didn’t work. The apartment was great but housekeeping wasn’t that great. Our apartment had dead bugs everywhere and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed. The beds and bathrooms were clean though.

Much better than staying at a traditional hotel. Nice and roomy, full kitchen with utensils supplied. Washer and dryer in unit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Having to provide own blankets, not ocean front, indoor pool was closed due to remodel but that was a big reason why I chose this place for our stay. It was still nice though.
