At least my third time staying in this property. The location is perfect. Beach is within easy walking distance. Shopping and dining are an easy drive. Plenty of amenities. Pools, saunas, basketball, tennis, etc. Unit was clean and bed comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Some units have been updated. But they seem to be done bit by bit. This particular unit had a few updates- vanities, shower, toilets, light fixtures. But everything else, while clean, was super dated! Wall to Wall maroon carpet? Come on! The kitchen cabinets and counter tops are awkward and way beyond their usefulness. This was a one bedroom unit. It could easily be 2 or more if the jacuzzi tub was removed, and better use made of the available space. Could use more dumpsters more evenly spaced out. Bit all in all, a good stay at a great price!

The location is fabulous, walkable distance to the Duck town boardwalk. Access to the ocean is great. There is parking at the beach access for those staying in units further back from the beach. Bed and sofa was extremely comfortable. Between the microwave and the hot plate, we were able to eat most of our meals in the unit. The units were fairly soundproof.

There are definitely different levels of maintenance/ upkeep in the many sections of the resort. Our unit had a great bed and sofa, but most everything else could use a good refresh. Be aware of the stairs - no elevators.

The Wi-Fi and internet for TV and devices could have been better for those rainy days. And, had one day the pool closed due to rain, but we called and asked about 10 times to open up be cause it was not lightning out and it was out last day. They finally came and opened it up. The two people that helped the most and most friendly were the older maintenance fella and the lady that has been there for 3 years and was a social worker before. They need a raise. Working 10 peoples job I think!

Beautiful, clean resort.

The snack shack was never open. The daily price of the chairs/umbrella rented had DOUBLED since our stay in 2019. A staff member walked into our unit without knocking on check out day as we we finishing last minute duties(dish washing by hand). It was only 5 min. after 10.) She should have knocked. We could have been undressed.

Very large amount of space. I loved the deck off the upstairs bathroom. Plenty of drawer and closet space. Facility has a gorgeous pool but I didn't have a chance to use it. Nice deck that leads right to the beach.

Stove had a light on that said a burner was on but no burner was on. That was annoying.

it was very clean has everything you need to enjoy your stay map and all information provided for you nice, big pull plus a kiddie pull lots of activities for the family on the grounds easy beach access loved having our own porch/patio

the only thing I didn’t really like was the parking. I believe it would be better to maybe look into have dedicated parking for each rental. if you come back late, you may have to park down the road from your rental because your lot will be full.

It was quaint and easy to navigate. I liked having a shared washer/dryer.

Features in the room are slightly out dated. (The 3rd floor was tough with 2 toddlers, but the view once we got there was great!) We would have very much enjoyed the playground. That was one of the features we were looking for when we booked.

The room was gorgeous and updated. Comfortable beds, convenient location to restaurants and access to the beach. The pool stays open late and our kids loved swimming at night, they even had a movie on a projector for the kids to watch while swimming that evening.

Room had a bit of a musty air conditioning smell, but nothing too terrible. The TV in the living area did not work and that was a bit disappointing, but we were out exploring so much that it didn't bother us enough to report it to the resort, I just mentioned it when we checked out

Spacious 1 br apt. Plenty of room. Furnished nicely. Full kitchen was very well supplied. Location was great!

Indoor pool closed. Parking could be a mess. Did not get the first floor apt. we were promised.
