I love the fact that the staff was super helpful every single time I needed something which wasn’t a lot but they went above and beyond for me both times the park across the street is a wonderful morning or night walk downtown is literally mins aways great food over there the rooms are spotless and very up to date my service animal was treated amazingly! No problem there either ! I’d stay here before I stayed anywhere else in town !

Very quiet a peaceful place

The lady at the desk, I know she was tired she looked extremely exhausted and worn out, but she came back after hours and I’m grateful she did. I’m glad we met her. She was the sweetest to us and baby girl.

Hallway could have been cleaner. Water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. Our room location was near the entrance so we could hear the door slam everytime someone came in.

Location The staff takes pride and professionalism to it highest on following everything by the books...I have say ensure your safety to max...Taylor needs a raise..Don't know him only personal level. VERY PROFESSIONAL, His sharpness, and customer service redirected situation and accommodating me ...I appreciate to max...Thank you so much...

Smoking area need chairs...No inside trash cans..No pressure in bathroom sink,no Pool ,No pot and pans or min nessasties for cooking..missing cabinets drawers but overall it was okay for what I paid...

The room was quiet. There was nothing else positive about my stay.

When I checked in the individual came down stairs dressed in street clothes. He opened the partition 6 inches so you could only see his arms. You could barely hear what he was saying. Then he charged my credit card although I informed him that I paid with booking.com. He didn't care and charged me anyways. I have to dispute that charge with my bank, thanks. Also the room was dirty there was visible dirt on the floor. I have pictures of the dirt. Not only am I not staying there ever again, I am going to actively tell people to stay away.

The room was not what I expected and the toilet ran every 10 mins

filthy with bugs & exterminators in & out of rooms unannounced. they pound your door down demanding immediate entry. the staff is beyond unprofessional I’m not notifying guests ahead of time. this renders this property unsafe that just anyone has access to the building & knocking on room doors. anyone could present as any kind of vendor. then I called the staff out on how unsafe this is and even worse. they lied & said they accompany the vendors. that was a lie. I don’t need to lie on anyone for any reason. the place was filthy & smelled like some (msrijuana) in the entire building. I left with my belongingness smelling. then in my case the room was $441.00 for a week. they advertise you have a kitchenette etc. what good is a kitchenette if you do not have pots & pans? & who goes to purchase pots & pans for a 1 week stay. the staff was so unprofessional making jokes about nonsmoking (cigarettes) but you will smell people smoking lots of other things here.

filthy, noise level )late night loud noisy not your average hotel noise like kicking of doors Pepsi machine was kicked in. they use bleach which shouldn’t be used in guest areas (allergies & chemicals like that in unventilated areas burns your eyes & throat) the place is so dirty I don’t know why the smell of bleach but it’s toxic. staff could care less about the property, property condition, or guests safety.
