The thing I loved MOST about this entire property was the AMAZING and kind staff that worked at the reception desk. The gentleman that worked the late shift, (Our large and exhausted family arrived in the middle of the night.) was so welcoming and kind, and lightened our mood. the two ladies at the desk the next morning were so sweet and helpful, even when we discovered our SUV had gotten soaked inside during the night from a rainstorm and the luggage carrier straps causing a leak….and my elderly mother in law, 3 year old grandaughter, two teens and hubby had to wait inside out of the cold while I dried everything…they were so consoling and kind and let us borrow some hotel towels to dry the water. I just really appreciated how kind everyone was and how they made the stressful holiday travel a little easier.

Very well kept. Open space perfect parking area. In a perfect location to get to anywhere in town. Or just stay here at the hotel and they have everything you need to complete your stay!

Just needs another room for those times where friends or family can hang to have an discussion or maybe play some family games. A room not to big or not too small, just big enough for social time instead of hanging in lobby.

It was very close to my family which was the reason we were in town. The rooms were huge and comfortable. We didn't utilize the dining facilities so I cannot speak to that. I would definitely stay again!

If I were to criticize anything, it would be that the front desk staff wasn't as attentive when we checked in. We just kind of stood there waiting for someone to help us because both the ladies were just doing something on the computer (we weren't greeted, told that someone would be with us shortly, nothing). But everyone else we encountered was very friendly.

This is a very nice, clean, and new hotel. The staff is very sweet. The rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

If you want the best, you have to pay for it. This hotel is a little pricey. And the fact that they seem to cater to military 1st wasn't to my liking. And I am a Veteran. I strongly believe that all paying visitors should be given the same treatment.

Problem with my Checkin. My 2-room reservation for myself and my son was done improperly. The staff person did not seem to know what she was doing. She assigned only one room for the 2-room reservation I had made. When I asked why, she said they did not have a record of the 2-room reservation. After a long wait, my son had to reserved himself a room which was more convenient (close to elevator). Thus, since I am 75 years of age, he gave we his room. Finally, I left my phone charger in the room and called back next day after checking out to reclaim it. The staff claimed they did not find it in the room. Very disappointed and disturbed by the incompetence or lack of concern by the staff.

Someone in the next room was fighting at 4am. Did not get a good night sleep they argued from midnight till 4am

The staff was great, the hotel was beautiful, the room was beautiful, I loved the Dove products in the bathroom

The pool was unusable, it was full of bugs

the location and friendliness of the staff!! excellent chef at the restaurant! best breakfast I’ve had in a while!

the bathroom. i think you need to fix your shower heads or all connection. there is not water pressure and the bottom part pushes too much water while the shower head is weak. the tub was not draining very well either.

We checked in late and left early, but the hotel was very nice and the bed was very comfortable!

The free coffee in the lobby was pretty weak, but otherwise no complaints

Housekeeping needs to clean the rooms not just put towels in and make beds. we found a receipt and a water bottle under the bed that was from 8 days prior to our stay.
