it was accessible to everything. property was up to date with amenities.. nice variety at breakfast .. staff was very accommodating..

carpet needed steam cleaning (due to staff shortage).. the hot tub was cold.. and pool could have been cleaner.. i cleaned the pool every time I went in

Excellent staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the staff we stayed for 6 days and each and every staff member that I met was just wonderful! The location is great as well very close to restaurants and stores

The property definitely needs some updated but they were in the process of remodeling while we were there. And the beds are super high off the ground I’m 5’7 and it was very difficult to get in the bed. My 7-year-old granddaughter had to get a running start and jump to get in her bed lol. But I think they are addressing that with the remodeling

seemed a little out dated. not enough electrical plugs or USB ports. compared to others stays on our trip, was higher priced for what we got.

The room arrangement was great. Loved having microwave, refrigerator, and coffee in room. Bed was excellent

Breakfast was on low budget side. I am in the foodservice distribution business, and the selection available wasn't good. Bath towels are not absorbent, could get dried off from shower.

Great location, great breakfast and the bedroom was nice.

If you stay in bed late and they don’t clean the bedroom later. It’s not a big deal but the It would be nice to have the trash cans clean and new towel’s.

The hotel rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The only issue I had was with parking. There were not enough parking spots do to a small shopping area to the right of the hotel.

The parking spaces were limited. It was also a little difficult to find the entrance to the hotel without having to do a uturn. I do think management could clean the carpets a little more often. There were several stains on the carpet.

Clean rooms. Fast check in when it's 4pm. Friendly staff. Clean entree. Small Breakfast available. Fast check out. Parking space in front of the hotel. Save place

Staff didn't allowed earlier check in. Pity. The rug on the main rooms should be cleaned.

Parking was limited Bar patrons next door would use the motel's parking spaces. Other than that it was great. Will definitely be back

On the upside, at least there was vacancies. I was able to stop and chill after a long drive.

The room didn't smell fresh. Unable to control the HVAC system and it was a pretty cold night. There was, what looked like the remnants of double stick tape under the lid of the control panel and on the control panel obstructing the words and buttons, which weren't functional. I received a knock at the door at 11:02am, followed by a call, which was within the next 2-3 minutes questioning when I would be leaving. Felt as if I was being rushed. Mattress was uncomfortable and the sink water only trickled. The staff was not so inviting. My interaction with them didn't feel too inviting. Not enough, from a customer service standpoint but they weren't awful.

There is only 1 elevator for a 5 floor hotel. Had to wait multiple times for it to go up and down because it was full of people or maids with cleaning carts.
