I was very impressed with all the staff I interacted with. They were all very friendly and helpful. Location for me was perfect since I was able to charge my Tesla at the electric chargers just off the back of the hotel. Close to The Factory so I could take my grandchildren who I was visiting and enjoy all the nearby activities.

I wish there was someplace to sit outside to enjoy the mountain air. They have a few benches right outside the front door but since this is where the smokers need to gather, (not that I begrudge them that I understand) but there isn't anywhere else to sit outside,

Just needed a quick, clean place to sleep while hiking sections of AT. Right off hwy but quiet. Several eating places and a grocery store within sight/walking distance. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot. Room was very clean, bed comfy, everything worked fine. Could tell it was older, ie. Some minor repairs and cracks, but had been updated and pleasant to the eye as well as clean. Staff friendly. Other guests seemed like me - staying a night or 2 and moving on.

Our room was very small but very clean and the bed very comfortable. We were in Franklin NC to attend a concert at the Smoky Mountain Music Center and we could easily walk to our concert from the motel. We also walked to a near by restaurant from the motel. What we liked best was the location.

The motel is old. No elevator to upper floors only steps. No small refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is near the downtown of Franklin you can easily cross the street to several restaurants in the area there is a walgreens behind Fatz restaurant for any necesites you may need i have stayed here plenty of times and have never been disappointed!

There was no mini fridge or microwave in my room. I generally like to get stuff to make for lunches and breakfast to save money and eat healthy when traveling

pet charge at sign in with no prior notice. let people know before they checked in and you have their credit card. minimal supplies as soap, towels, breakfast choices. this was not a cheap room at $ 240.00 a night.

Every time i visit Franklin North Carolina i always stay here , the staff is nice and the rooms are always clean! family friendly approved! The location of this hotel is perfect for this small town in Franklin there are restaurants near by a walgreens right across street and a Walmart 5 mins drive for more necessities

The one thing I do not like is that booking.com charged an extra $200 but refunds it back so they say. I haven’t received my $200 back yet and it’s been a week. Im not happy about this part of the stay.

There was no ice machine functioning at the hotel. Not good when ppl are traveling.

The location was great. The staff were all friendly.

The air-conditioning was a little noisy. Maybe needed maintenance or updating but it worked well.

Like that this is a pet friendly place. Breakfasts were pretty good. Location to restaurants is very good.

Room was a little outdated.
