Comfort Inn & Suites Fuquay Varina

Breakfast was really good and the gentleman who attends the eating area is very nice and attentive. He took the time to clen up the mess I made with the waffle maker. I offered to do so, but he wouldn't hear of it... I really appreciated his help.

I choose Comfort Inn for business travel because I find that your corporate brand is cleanliness, comfort and quality customer service. Yesterday, I noticed that a dog had left waste on the sidewalk and it was still there after a couple of days. I pointed it out to the front desk clerk (I think her name is Abbie, or something similar) and she was very rude in her response. I felt bad about mentioning that it should be cleaned up as I almost stepped in it, but she continued to be sarcastic.

Your location was beautiful 1.9 miles from my event which was at my families home new home just built so I will be back again to visit and I will stay at this hotel. Come back in August fix the swimming pool and this would be a great vacation spot for me visit my family and go take a dip in the pool while I’m here. Thank you.

I didn’t like the fact that when I entered the room for my hot trip that the AC was not on in my room, it was 79° when we went into the room we had to turn on the AC and strip out of our clothes to try to stay cool while traveling seven hours to get here Just something to think about No water in the pool for $145. Per day I think if you have a pool outside that will make and bring more business because we could take a dip in the pool while we vacationing there for the weekend. Think about it hot summer time.

I booked a King suite and had a wonderful stay at this property. All the staff members were extremely kind and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed and that our stay was exceptional in every way. The suite was very spacious, modern, pristine and the beds were extremely comfortable. There is not a single complaint I could give. I would highly recommend it and would definitely return.

That I had to return to work and was unable to stay for longer. I was terribly saddened to leave such a comfortable and pleasant place.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. The breakfast was a nice upgrade from the last time, but they only had small muffins and very small juice boxes. This time while it was self serve, muffins, cereals, fruit, hot egg sandwiches, plus the usual coffee and juices. Room was clean and the King size bed was excellent. Will def stay there again next time we're in the area.

My real only complaint is Handicap parking as it should be in front of the hotel instead across the parking lot.

Breakfast was excllent and location was excellent.

I tried to check in about 45 minutes early and was told there would be 35 dollar charge. I elected to wait.

They could not find my reservation after I had to reschedule (booking # 3155909481) from 5/26/23 to 6/9/23, I had to pay out of pocket. I have filed a claim with Bookings.com

I never had breakfast but got coffee. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very accessible as I have arthritis. The staff were excellent. Ashley was very accommodating to me and anticipated my needs. Wonderful hotel.

needs a facelift for sure. and there were a couple things wrong with our room but other than that it was pretty good

Booking.com didn’t provide the correct price quote, since I was traveling with my pet. Lady at the front desk handled it professionally and empathetically.

Might need updates soon since the wallpaper in the bathroom is coming loose.

Due to COVID-19 there was no hot breakfast and all the was offered was plastic wrapped muffins that the staff wrapped themselves and small juice boxes. One day there were fresh wrapped apples, no other fruit that I saw. Bananas or oranges would have been nice one day. I would have liked to have seen an individual breakfast burrito or individual breakfast omlet both which could have been heated up in the microwave.
